I wanted to let you know that this was my first time at this facility and I was extremely extremely satisfied. The customer service is awesome and they always return your phone calls. I went in today to pick up some product and Scott helped me and he was absolutely awesome. My product was already there and ready for me to pick up and he helped me buy a used CPAP machine for my extra bedroom. He made sure that I had all the supplies and he also programmed it to match my original CPAP machine. I would totally recommend going there and having Scott take care of you because he was awesome. Steve and Breath Easy really helped my 93 year old Mom out with great service and care. It was 4:20 p.m. on a Friday afternoon when I contacted them and they went overboard to help us with what Mom needed that day. Thanks Steve and your whole office. I would Highly Recommend!

Scott and his team were super helpful, even took the time to explain the pros and cons of several different masks and helped to fit me for a mask I didn’t even consider. SUPER glad I went and it’s local!! Just bring your script if you intend on buying a full mask set. Learned a lot from these guys and plan on becoming a regular for sure!!

Shannon is a horrible customer care representative who refused to provide me with CPAP supplies. She insisted that my CPAP machine is a rental based on what she was told by my previous CPAP provider although I never authorized Breathe Easy to access my protected health information from anyone, ever. Even after the insurance representative from Carecentrix called Shannon to inform her that my CPAP machine is not a rental and is owned by me and that my supplies are cover by insurance, Shannon refused to provide the needed supplies without a valid reason. She was unprofessional and abrasive to me and the insurance company representative to the extent that the insurance representative suggested that I seek to work with a company who exhibits respect and a customer centered attitude toward others. Shannon is a horrible example of a customer service representative and gave Breathe Easy a bad reputation. Her tone of voice and attitude are definitely a reason for me to avoid this business permanently.Additionally, she had no right to call my previous CPAP provider to access my protected health information without my consent. --- S. Had an emergency, after hurricane Milton, we were out of gas for our generator and couldn't find any, wife is on oxygen 24/7, couldn't get Breathe Easy on the phone all day so took a chance driving to the store, 35 minutes away. Store was closed due to a flood but the owner was there. Spoke to the owner and explained our situation and he took care of us by getting me 7 large oxygen tanks in place of the 6 small ones I was bringing back (had 1 large tank already). Without electric in his store and not being able to look up our insurance, Tony took care of us. Good to find someone and a store that will take care of you in bad situations. Thanks again Tony and Breathe Easy Medical.
