Poorly run office. Although they do a relatively good job with their services, some improvements are needed. My first appointment was cancelled without my knowledge, nor any prior notification. Second, after my mammogram was completed, they never sent the letter that is supposed to come five weeks later. I have called several times in attempts to obtain this letter though am obstructed by the scheduling department most of the time. They offer to leave messages on your behalf, but they don’t. The one time I did hear from someone, they never left a voicemail. Extremely unprofessional & difficult to do business with even though they do have a nice office. The office’s response to my review was unacceptable. Will not be returning here ever again & suggest others don’t either.

We walked in and everyone is standing around talking loud! If they see your brown skin color they assume you only speak Spanish! The ultrasound tech doesn’t know anything about patient care! I went in for a mammogram, had to go back for a diagnostic & ultrasound. During the exam she told me she understood what I was going through. When I asked her if I could speak to the doctor she treated me like a child! The only reason I asked was because I don’t know what’s going with my breast(s) & she only worried me. I don’t know how they’re still open with so many BAD REVIEWS

Horrible morning. Looking for an alternative.

I had been coming to Mink Radiology for annual check ups for years but it seemed to have changed management recently. I wasn’t able to schedule an appt by phone so I scheduled one on line by creating an account. I made an appointment at 7:20AM. The center had it for 7:40 in their system. The lobby was newly renovated. There was only one person at the front desk. He informed me incorrect information about my insurance coverage, which got ironed out after a call I made with the insurance company that took 15 mins. I signed a bunch of paperwork online and was asked to fill out more paperwork after I arrived. The wait got enormous quickly. People were showing up one after another and all the appts were backed up. At least one other patient had her schedule mixed up. By the time I saw the technician, it was 8:20AM. My technician gave me the most painful services all around. I told her how painful it was, and I thought I would walk away with bruises.

Not recommended to anyone. 😓

Explore other option before choosing this one.
They messed up with the appointment, I showed up and they said there was an error, that the appointment was a week later. They also messed up on the payment details.
They blame the doctor, the systems they use and anything as an excuse but never their fault, and of course the patient is the only impacted one.
After a 3rd attempt to get the appointment, they are unable to provide you ahead of time with the billing cost. I feel bullied by the fact that I want the MRI done soon and if they day of the MRI the price is higher than originally shared (from $90 to $900; to give you an idea of how they estimate) you are on the spot and having to choose between paying the amount and getting it done or cancelling (subject to a late cancel fee) and having to find another place (with the delay of getting the tests) and putting your health at risk.
They weave you into this vicious circle in which you end up not being free to choose the best service because they are not transparent with prices (on top of their appointments not being reliable). You need the test urgent but they do not share the price on time to make an informed decision. Explore other option before choosing this one. As patients, we should all have the right to transparent information to make the decisions we want for our health. If we choose not to give business to places like this we will be helping many others.

I should have read all these previous useful reviews before I made an appointment with this location. Only one technician is working today and almost 2 hours behind. Be aware this location does not validate your parking fee ($2 every 15 mins, $16 max) - disappointing.

3/29 appointment at 1:45, left after 4 pm
I am posting to inform public, not to have procedure done at this image center. I will be demanding the owner provide me detailed of what happened today while I was lying down and CT machine was working and screaming for help . Technician told me that there were errors and she had to call someone for help to clear errors, she turned off communication line off to where I was that is why she could not hear me screaming.
Techunican was busy finding out what was wrong with machine. And she just ignored me, I had to calm myself and not move, she told me not to move
This center has to be closed so someone would do major quality test on machines and hired staff.

Incompetent scheduling.

I waited a month for an appointment that was scheduled through a radnet staff member, only to discover on the day of my appointment that they could not see me because a doctor had to be present.

How and why there is no communication between Mink Mindanao and the Mink/Radnet Scheduling department is beyond me, but it cost me time and money and now I have to wait an extra month to be seen.

Although the staff are really nice and I haven't had problems with my appointments, I found the place to be dirty and just not what I expect for a medical facility. My last visit I was in the Ultrasound room. There was red spray paint on the floors like what you would use when a building was being renovated. They didn't bother to replace the flooring when they took over the suite. The bottom of the gurney and the bottom of the Ultrasound machine were dirty and needed a good cleaning. I feel like this location was put together as quickly as possible and with whatever equipment and furnishings they could find. I wish this location was more like their other locations that are well kept and beautiful.
