If I could rate a zero I would. Some staff need to take empathy classes. The staff leads with policy rather than approach situations and people with humanity. There was not one point where anyone acknowledged me or my concerns. I was treated like patient #123 and not as a human being. And worse not one person could even take a moment to listen or see things from another perspective. I thought I could put my bad experience behind me and move on however, I was called on another day to be reminded of the value of policy. This only reminded me of my horrible experience and how I was treated to yet again ruin another day. So rather than providing answers or help and feeling relief of any form they added to any underlying stress repeatedly.

I visited the facility on August 1, upon entering there was an lady that worked at the front desk that was in the lobby at the kiosk machine, she instructed me on what to do at the time. My day was frustrating and I didn't quite complete her instructions but when I approached her desk her manner was enlightening and very polite she really changed everything that had me down at the moment to an uplifting experience I REALLY! enjoyed her and the quote that she has on her wall by her desk kind of represented my cause I didn't listen ?
