Dr. Steen was incredibly professional and extremely nice and was very detailed in helping me to understand the potential issues and what next steps would be. The X-Ray technician was also very kind and supportive.

The front desk receptionists; however, were not very welcoming. They were very abrupt and rude. New patients can find the office a bit confusing on where to go and the front desk was not helpful. For that reason alone I couldn’t rank this office 5 stars, but Dr. Steen I would.

I like the way the doctor explained to me about my condition in my shoulders and right away. He told me I need the surgery or I’ll go for two minutes and see how I do with the treatment before I even think about the surgery. I didn’t understand everything he say so I’m so glad I didn’t went to the doctors office. They explained to me everything I needed to know it was great.

First time in the Deland office and I would like to complement the office staff. Very efficient. Dr. Steen is an excellent Doctor. You can talk to him and you don’t feel liked you’re rushed. Kind and caring!!

my visit was awesome! I got right in, and had my sutures painlessly removed by a very nice young intern. Dr. Steen then came in & explained all he did in my surgery. He also told me what I need continue to do until I see him in 3 weeks. He also answered all of my questions, and adjusted my sling. He's AWESOME!!!
