I waited 40 minutes for scheduled appointment, then was told is may be another hour wait. I had already come 10 minutes early as they told me to in the phone.Also was scolded by nurse because I hadn’t been to see Dr for three years. Was told Dr Bodlak only had time to assess one of my injuries, not both and that I should pick one. I do not recommend this practice. Zero stars.

I would have loved to leave a review about the doctor. I’m sure he is great. His office staff, however, is quite rude and unwilling to schedule an appointment for a new patient with the patients spouse. Very short with me so I apologized for bothering her, wished her a good day and hung up. Normally, I would have let this go but I felt like this needed to be said.

Dr. Bodlak has a great bedside manner and he and his nurse (Christie), are both professional and very responsive. Evidently I'm not alone in these views because becoming a new patient takes... that's right patience! Typically becoming a new patient requires that you get on a waiting list but, if you are looking for a quality primary doctor, I'm sure you'll agree the wait was well worth it.

Love Dr Bodlak ! Have been a patient of his for many years ! I have never had a better doctor ! He's kind, caring, thoughtful, smart, has a wonderful bedside manner, refers out when he needs to. Stays on top of your medical problems, remembers everything about you, spends time with you, you never feel rushed, answers all your questions, makes sure you don't have any questions and that you understand everything ! Love him !! I highly recommend him ! Once you are a patient you can get in to see him the same day if needed ! I have 100 % confidence in him !

Dr.Bodlak is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and always takes time and listens to my concerns and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. If ever I needed to contact him or his staff, they respond promptly. Completely satisfied with Dr.Bodlak and all the support staff. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good doctor.

If you're looking for a primary care physician who will see you when you're hospitalized and oversee your care this is not the doctor for you because he refuses to see his own patients in the hospital. When my daughter established as a patient with him months ago we specifically asked that if she were hospitalized would he oversee her care and be able to see her and he told us yes. Yet, my daughter and I both called his office pleading for him to come to North Florida Regional Medical Center to oversee her care because she desperately needs his help and he refused. And when I called his office to make an appointment for a post-hospitalization follow-up visit I was told they couldn't get her in for 2 months. What's the point of having a PCP if you can't even make an appointment when you're sick after you are an established refused.

I love Dr. Bodlak. He's helped me through a couple of rough times. The Doctor just has a good manner about him. Part of recovering is having confidence in the people helping you. I have great confidence in Dr. Bodlak.
