Hello I Just Wanted To Say That I've Made The Decision To Go From The Mercy Miami location To The Miami Shores Location To See Dr.Linda. And I Have to Say Since I Have Been Coming To Miami Shores, The Customer Service From Ernestina Has been Excellent And I Personally Believe Ernestina Deserves A Pay Raise, Not Only For Only Outstanding Customer Service To All Patients That Come To the Miami Shores Location But Her Dedication And Empathy She Provides Each And Everyday For Each Patience Experience!!!!

My rating is based on me being referred to another location to have EEG and CT scan ... I was told to call the coral way location to get scan done at Mercy hospital that was on Aug 8th I'm still unable to schedule. Called this office again to be told it needs to be done before my 9/9 appointment but she works thru mercy that doesn't answer but I received a VM that I can be seen 9/29 or 10/3.... horrible doesn't help my issue with migraines at all

I had an amazing experience here at the Brain Center. The staff were amazing and listened to me carefully. All of my questions were answered and I was not left with ANY unanswered questions. They had the absolute most respect for me. Usually, I am anxious and worried when visiting the doctor’s office. This office did not make me feel anxious at all. This was probably the most comforting office I’ve ever been to! Dr. Xie listened to me and had a solution for every problem I had. Ernestina was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Fredene was absolutely amazing as well! This place is amazing. If you are looking for a neurologist, this is the place to go!

I have had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Xie at both this and her space in Mercy. I went through a few neurologists prior to meeting with Dr. Xie and was sooo relieved to get in with her. She listens and explains well any answers to questions, and also always makes an effort to really keep you informed of your treatment plan vs other doctors just throwing a prescription at you and walking out. I love the shores location because it is not in a hospital and feels more inviting to me, though both teams are great!

I was there on April 17 2024 which happens to be the day I was born, and the staff was very late and Dr too . but when I did get seen DR gave me a AWESOME REPORT ABOUT MY 2 BRAIN SURGERIES FROM 5 YEARS AGO ALL IS WELL UNTIL NEXT YEAR 🙏🏽🙏🏽 BUT THEY NEED TO BE ON

This place never have anyoneto answerthe phone. I think the person they hiredcallsout alot, then they leta service pick up the calls. They cannot answer any questions. I went for a visit one time. No oneat the desk, you basically check yourself in, thegirl that was there didn't want anything to do with the front. I asked ia she going to cipy my insurance cards. She said she don't do do that. So i told her, if she's not concerned about getting paid,im not either.what a mess. Its abiut 3 weeks out and no one still has contacted me. Poorly ran.

This place is poor in customer service. As a new patient at your office, me standing there waiting for my appointment for thirty minutes, answering service said that they are open, whoever answering the phone for that office is putting me on hold and not coming back to answer the phone, then for her to tell me that the gentleman that does the confirmation call for the appointments noted that my number was wrong because he called me. Very poor service at this facility.
