On my first visit, the doctor was very polite and very knowledgeable. But they are definitely needing more help in that office, seems its only the doctor and a receptionist/nurse playing all the roles of that office. My personal experience, has been a frustrating one. Between all the inconsistencies, the impractical staffing, and the poor communication or lack there of, it's just not working for me. I've been more than a few days now without my medication.

OVER A WEEK AFTER MY APPOINTMENT AND X RAYS still no call for update on x-rays....

More than a week later my girlfriend has an appointment with the same doctor after her appointment she comes home and tells me

I have a degenerative bone disease... Mind blown ... I freaked out a little ...

But...

Even after, I explained all the pain I've been dealing with ..... I am still in waiting on the pain medicine he was gonna send in to the pharmacy....a week later ...

...because someone dropped the ball, and again the lack of communication between the doctors office and the pharmacy. Now I will probably end up switching PCP soon, especially if they can't get their act together. I don't think paitients deserve to continue to struggle in pain, and discomfort because someone else's faults, there's got to be something better.
