Dr. Whittaker has always been great anytime I’ve seen him. I’ve had my last 2 appointments with Jennie Johnson cancelled without any warning or being informed that they were cancelled, which isn’t exactly convenient when it takes months to get re-scheduled and I have to take off work to go to an appointment that might just not happen. With all of the available methods of communication in 2024, how does that even happen once, let alone back-to-back?

Dr. M gives lazy diagnoses that she admitted was a guess! Then when I asked for further testing to be done, she refused. It's truly a case of I'm ready to leave and don't care about my patients wellbeing. If you care about your health, make sure you see anyone else but these people. They'd rather you stay ill, then do a30 minute test

I would give this office a rating of zero if I could. Called on the evening before my first appointment and said I needed a referral from primary physician. I obtained one and sent it and NOW Again, on the evening before my appointment, the office called and said they don’t take my insurance! Maybe they could have told me that before I wasted money on an appointment with my primary!
So unprofessional!

Highly recommend Borland Groover, especially Dr. Grant Whittaker! He was down to earth and very easy to talk to! The thing that I was most impressed with was his genuine care and his willingness to answer my many questions without "rushing" me or being impatient. I am very thankful for the kind treatment I received from the Borland Groover staff and Dr. Whittaker!

Dr. Whittaker is fantastic. He is smart and highly competent. He tells you the truth in a way that’s easy to understand and is very confident, but without the condescension you typically get from medical professionals. It feels like talking to someone I know; my only complaint is that he’s a specialist, so he can’t be my only doctor. The clinical staff is also excellent. Kathryn is warm and friendly. She’s particularly caring, and is a very special person. The office staff is kind and efficient, always making sure you’re receiving their utmost attention and care. I can’t say enough good things about BGFB, and I’d never go anywhere else.

The Doctors are great! But the whole Borland Groover network makes you feel like "Patient #1234". You have to wrangle your way to speak with the local office directly, the staff on the phone works by rote and can't think beyond their script. Even at the clinic, you just feel like you're being processed rather than cared for.

I am so happy I chose this location. The staff was kind, patient, helpful and cheery. My doctor/nurse practitioner was so nice and patient also, so glad I decided to see y'all instead of going to Jacksonville. Thank you to everyone there for a great visit.
