"Doctor" Kapila is the most rude and untrustworthy doctor I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. He will ask you rude invasive questions that have nothing to do with your care: "What do you do for work? What is your sexual orientation?" They got my diagnosis wrong, they got every single imaging order wrong, they had no clue what was going on with my care, they never followed up about referrals to other doctors. They made this excruciatingly difficult to get proper care every step of the way.

Kapila is not a doctor. He was trained to do one thing and one thing only: colonoscopies. No matter what your condition is and regardless what your symptoms are. If you care about your health, I urge you to go elsewhere.

I had a Colonoscopy an was told I had H Pylori. I was sent medication to take as directed. Thought I was going to get tested for H. Pylori at my check up after being given my medication a few weeks prior. Left work early to go pay a Co pay for my Doctor to ask if I took my medicine and to tell me she was going to have me test for H pylori at home. Not sure why this wasn’t done over the phone? Unless you have a day to blow an have money to blow I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time on the follow up. I believe this was just a way for the doctors office to get paid.

I have had to come in twice now for appointments and have had to call a few times in regards to results and all that and every SINGLE time I speak with someone wether on the phone or in person they are so extremely nice. I highly recommend this place. One of the best costumer experiences you can possibly have from a doctors office. The doctor I saw, Dr. Hoffman, has also been so great and I really feel like he cares and is concerned with what is going on. Not once have I felt rushed or not heard. Highly recommend!

I visited for the first time this group of physicians and I was pleased with all its staff. Very professional and they make you feel at ease. Jamie is the nurse who greeted me and she was very pleasant and professional too. I liked Dr. Ibach, very knowledgeable and explains GI conditions thoroughly and clear. He allowed me to explain my symptoms and he gave me time to ask questions. My husband has been seeing by Dr. Jeffrey and he was good too. Hoffman I would recommend this group of physicians. This was my first visit to Borland Groover, and I was very impressed with the associates that helped me with directions and helped me when I was in the wrong building. And once I was at the reception desk, Marissa was very friendly and professional. Then when I was greeted by Janie, the nurse, she made me feel very comfortable and she too was very friendly and professional. When I met Dr. Ibach, he was very friendly and professional and took his time to get to know more about me and my background and he then explained his diagnosis and prognosis and we came to agreement on the proper course of action. When I was setting up follow up appointments with Janie, she was very patient and very informative. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that needs great care and comfort.

What an awesome experience!! The staff was very helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. One of the best experiences with Jacksonville Health Care providers I have had in years. Dr. Ibach provided a pleasant atmosphere to discuss my concerns and provided sound and meaningful feedback with a solid plan for address my issues. The nursing and assistant staff was awesome to work with. Thanks ladies, I look forward to my return visit and you guys helping with my procedure.

Im very happy to have for me and also for my son Dr Khoury. He never is behind of his schedule, He always reviews all your results so carefully before you arrive, he is so organized and if he didn’t find something what would answer your problem, he always directs you for your next steps. He really cares every his patients problems. I would everyone recommend to choose Dr Khoury! And I would also mention his very nice nurse Sheryl and very friendly girls at register.
