Excellent service, everyone is so kind and full of respect. I absolutely love coming here it’s never a bad experience. Best ones there has to be Dania, Digna, Claudia and Roxana. Missing Dr. Jesus Negrette nobody compares to the doctor he was. Overall i love this place and i would definitely recommend it ,its a 10/10.

I went in with my daughter no appointment because she had pink eye and needed to be seen by a professional. I walk in check in leave the time I check in which is 3:50 I sit down and wait to be called, only for 2 other women to walk in after me and get attended. I had been sitting for 20 minutes before I got up to the desk and let them know my situation. I have been coming here for 4 years, the woman at the desk who I’ve seen time and time again says she’ll ask the doctor only to come back and tell me if I was in 30 MINUTES EARLIER they could have. Why did no one even greet me when I walked in or ask what I needed? There were 2 WOMEN ON THEIR COMPUTERS DID YOU NOT SEE ME? one even proceeded to ask the other if she had more appointments for the day and still no one asked me what I needed. Do better, it’s not that hard if you know what you’re doing. Medical professionals are trained to have a bed side manner or be hospital for a reason. This goes as far to show their patient care/satisfaction. I’ve never had an issue like this before and my daughter and I love her doctor but there needs to be a change at their front desk.

Amazing Dr Sarah Ruiz! She went way out of her way to make sure medication was covered by insurance, my child has already almost completely recovered since being correctly diagnosed. I am eternally greatful and couldn't have hoped for a better pediatrician♡. Thank you Dr. Sarah, you are awesome!

The pharmacy service is just crazy if our provider leave there we would to. They exposing SENSITIVE medical information sending RX to the wrong place unauthorized and when I addressed it one the worker offered me a DoorDash gift card. You can not brush off patient’s who YOU GUYS did a disservice to with a 25 dollars no thank you. And I didn’t take it and WE didn’t even receive a call with an apology for the careless work of there staff… SMH .. HIPPA IS A REAL LAW THAT NEEDS TO FOLLOWED.

My daughter woke up with severe throat pain and i called the office several times to do a walk inn and there was no answer. I received a call back from a nurse called Carolina who advise there no need to call because we can just do a walk inn. Which is normal because many doctors accept walk inns when children are sick. I get to the location and was NEGLECTED medical services by the nurse name Dania stating her coworker carolina should have not ever told me its okay to do a walk inn. Definitely changing my daughter’s primary doctor for the negligence of medical services and for the nurse staff that lack understanding and communication within the office.

Doctor Negrette has been our pediatrician for almost ten years he is caring and very professional. I wish I could say the same about the staff they are rude with poor customer service. Long wait is a big turndown, be ready to wait a couple of hours.
