I recently visited this urgent care center, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was dealing with mild food poisoning and was in distress due to hyperventilation. All I needed was IV fluids because I was dehydrated and something for nausea/indigestion. While they gave me the nausea medication, they refused to provide IV fluids and instead tried to send me to a nearby emergency room, even though I made it clear that I wanted to avoid the unnecessary expense of an ER visit. I have insurance, but an ER trip is significantly more costly, and this urgent care was fully equipped to handle my request.

The staff was cold and unwelcoming throughout the visit, which only added to my anxiety. It felt like they were more interested in offloading me than providing proper care. The whole place seemed like a glorified waiting room for minor issues, like a school nurse’s office where they hand out sick notes and treat minor cuts. It was disheartening to be dismissed like that, and I left feeling more confused and frustrated than when I arrived. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone seeking real medical care.

Donated blood for the first time Kim and Kathleen had such great energy. I felt comforted and supported. Kim was very present throughout the experience. Will be doing this regularly!

I just want to say thank you. Had to come for the cold symptoms everyone else has been suffering with. The check in was quick and I was seen within 25 minutes. The nurse Brandy was so happy and upbeat, it is hard to feel terrible around her. Brittany saw me quickly and was also wonderful and kind, which is truly remarkable considering these ladies see sick grumpy people all day long. Polly gave my check out instructions in the sweetest tone I believe I have ever heard. Fantastic experience.

I had a great experience here after having to bring my 7yr old son in for an ear infection on a Sat. Online check in was easy. We arrived when we were supposed to and waited maybe 30 min. All the staff we encountered were pleasant including the physician assistant Kailin. She was great with my son and got us in and out quick. A wonderful experience overall and now 2 days later my son is feeling much better and we didn’t have to go to the ER. Thank you!

My husband tested positive for flu A at this facility 24 hours after symptoms began and they didn't prescribe an anti-viral. It was a Sunday and we couldn't contact our doctor. Poor quality of care considering he has lung disease which can lead to complications of flu.

Allergy and Immunology Dr. Verás at Health Center is wonderful. Nurse Irene and all the staff there is friendly and sweet!

Great urgent care experience here. I arrived at 10:15 on Saturday morning and left by 11:30. I saw Dr. Brian Sweet who was very quick and helpful and the staff were all very friendly. To be in and out of an urgent care in less than 90 minutes in November, when everyone is sick, is really impressive. Highly recommend.

I was feeling pretty sick. My own dr. had no availability so I googled searched and saw this facility had great reviews. I can see why. Super organized. They text you your place in line. 10 people ahead of me. 90 min wait. You can text “S” to get the status of your turn. I got to 7 (30 min wait) and they took me in. Polly, the RN, was kind, sweet and very caring. Pedro, the PA was the same. This facility was immaculate and the seats were spread out. Even the ladies that handled intake and payment were fabulous. Highly recommend this urgent care.
