I have been to Body Sense twice now and each time has exceeded my expectations. The check in process is easy and the service is friendly. I also like that there is easy street parking in front. I had a lymphatic drainage massage the first time I went which was so relaxing and felt amazing. The most recent time I had a deep tissue massage and it was the first time I felt the "hurts so good" which is what I was looking for as I told her to focus on neck and shoulder tension. The therapists are well trained and ask about focus areas before the massage. Nora was my massage therapist and she was so knowledgable about the body as she got in every muscle on my back. The rooms are decorated nicely and the whole place has a zen feel. This is the only place I will be going for my massages in Miami!

I had to leave a review because the service and the people here are amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Vivian, and both times I visited, it was an incredible experience. Fun fact — the day I had my appointment was Vivian's birthday! She mentioned how great the work environment is and how they make birthdays special, which really says a lot about the kind of place this is. Highly recommend!

Best massage I’ve ever received! I have been on the hunt for a great massage therapist in Miami, and Aidee was nothing short of that. I booked her for Pain Management and I could feel the noticeable relief right after. Her pressure and care was out of this world! The ambiance is very relaxing from the moment you step in and front desk is friendly. Can’t wait for my next visit!!

You have to wear your face every day, so why not make it look as good as possible. Karla's facials at Body Sense are as good as they get. She knows what she's doing, customizes the treatment for your skin type and makes you feel good inside and out b/c of her great sense of humor and personality. Treat yourself. You won't regret it.

I had such a wonderful relaxing massage. Wow. The room was the perfect temp, the music was not annoying, the scented hot pillows were fantastic, and the splash of lavender at the end was the right way to end things. Ivet did my massage and she was gentle but intentional. It was a very relaxing experience and I really enjoyed it.

My first facial experience was nothing short of amazing! Carla took such good care of me and made sure to explain every step in detail so I knew what was happening. The environment was so relaxing and the staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back 🙂

I visited this place for the first time on a groupon as a gift to myself on my birthday January 2023. Danay Izquierdo was my masseuse. She asked if I had any tension or pressure points; for me, it was my shoulders and neck. She hit all the right spots. It felt like a real massage, and boy, was it relaxing. I almost fell asleep. I was so disappointed when it ended, haha. She was knowledgeable and explained to me that I had a knot in my left shoulder area, and gave me advice on how to work on it. I also feel the need to add that this especially compensates for a "massage" I received at another place months prior, which felt like an oil bath. I will definitely return when I'm ready for another massage or similar treatment.
