I came to apply to be an HHA at this establishment and the lady at the front desk in the Afro was so rude I changed my mind on wanting to work there. Absolutely disgusting and terrible. She was very condescending and she talked to me as if I was beneath her.

This is the worst homecare agency ever. They have incompetent non English speaking or lil English speaking aides that don't give a hoot about the patient are lazy etc. Haitian aids that will serve expired foods, freezer burned foods because they leave packages open and don' tcare the patients properly.. They don't have a field supervisor to make unannounced check calls on these people. They should. The coordination dept tries but not enough to rectify the needs of the patient and to fulfill their fiduciary duty.

My review was taken down since management couldn’t deal with the truth, yet I have nothing but time to explain how incompetent this agency is. I was here for over 2 years and thought that I could bring change and help the company grow but management is incapable of taking suggestions and hides behind text messages to employees. They do the bare minimum to get by and don’t even practice basic patient care. If I could give this a negative rating I would. I wouldn’t send my enemy to get services here.
