Infrared sauna therapy has been a big part of my post workout routine. I enjoy coming here as the staff and rooms are nice. There are televisions in the room so you can relax and catch up on your favorite shows while in the sauna.

Thank you Blu Life Wellness for inviting my wife and myself to your beautiful facility yesterday. My only experience with infrared before yesterday was at my gym. What a difference ! We will definitely be back and looking forward to the Vitamin Shots in the near future !

I enjoy this place so much since my first visit. It came as a recommendation from my neighbor. Since my first visit, the service has been consistently great. The facilities are always clean, appointment time preparation have been consistent, and the service is inviting. Leticia is so welcoming and sets the tone for the visit. I decided to get the membership on the first visit. I recommend this location if you would like to experience infrared sauna. My review is only about the infrared sauna as thats the only service I've used thus far.

So so good! Studies show regular sauna use really benefits your cardiovascular health. Plus it’s relaxing! Blu Life has a beautiful clean facility, private infrared sauna with a TV in room. Talk about Netflix and chill! Chroma therapy led lights in 12 colors. They offer cryo therapy also. Make a visit!
