I absolutely love this doctor's office! I see Jennifer Figueroa, APRN-FNP-C. I'm a female in my mid-30's that is overweight and have PCOS. I've been shrugged off by probably a dozen of more doctors of various kinds I sought for help for my PCOS that has caused a multitude of linked health problems. I just kept hearing the same thing over and over again, lose weight and that's the magic that will solve everything except I couldn't lose weight because my hormones were so jacked up. For all my PCOS warriors and "cysters" out there, Jennifer Figueroa is the best to go to! At my new patient appointment, she heard me out about every complaint top to bottom and didn't skip addressing a single one and just like that, I have seen results! Even when I started brushing off some of my ailments because I'm so used to no one wanting to deal with it, she said "We're not that kind of doctors office. Tell me every thing.".

This has been the best beat care I’ve had in years. The people are kind and helpful. I’ve had a few long wait times but it’s worth it to have doctors who actually take the time with you, listen, care and trouble shoot concerns. They educate and genuinely are here to help patients rather than just give them a drug to cover up issues.

Highly recommend not going here. I do not write many google reviews at all, but I am so unsatisfied and upset that I decided to write one. I went here thinking that I had sleep apnea, and requested a sleep test. I took a sleep test and they did not call me with my results for 7 weeks. I tried to get in contact with them multiple times for my results and they did not pick up the phone. When I finally did get in contact with a front desk worker, they told me "Your test was negative, but there may be an issue with your heart. I will connect you with the doctor." The doctor that they "transferred me to" did not pick up and it sent me to voicemail. They have not called me back since.

I went there today as a new patient and was treated very poorly by the PA. She basically accused me of lying about medications that I’ve been on the past. When I offered to call the prescriber dr she said she wouldn’t speak with them or the pharmacy. I explained to her that I felt like she was accusing me of lying and told her I wanted to prove i wasn’t lying by having her talk to the prescriber dr and or the pharmacy. Again, she wouldn’t. I feel it’s completely unprofessional for this office to not take you at your word or listen to what you are saying. I think they should’ve talked to the prescriber dr once I indicated what they were saying was incorrect. I will not be back here as I feel they discriminated against me due to the fact that I was on this medication for ADHD. They must of thought I was trying to get medication I didn’t need or wasn’t prescribed. Not everyone that’s on a controlled substance is a drug addict and NOBODY should be treated in such an unprofessional manner.

My family and I have been patients at Black Sheep Medical in Ormond Beach for over a decade, and we have always been impressed by the exceptional care provided. Dr. Chewning, Nancy, Daisy, Autumn, and the entire staff are simply amazing.

I am now visiting the Port Orange location and am very happy to have an office in my hometown. While I miss the wonderful interactions with the team at the Ormond Beach location, the staff at the Port Orange location is just as wonderful.

If you need a primary care physician, you won’t find better care than what is offered at either office.

Complete bull of a doctors office. My wife books her appointment at the beginning of July for August 21st. She confirms her appointment now they call and said they canceled her appointment because to receptionist messed up and double booked the appointment and tried to push her back for another month. These docs get paid so much money but hire some of the most incompetent staff. This appointment was to re up on her diabetes medication because we moved. To make some one suffer because your staff messed up is not her fault. I’m not a fake person I’m real and everyone should know how this office works.

Always leery about going to a doctor in general I have never been more comfortable about going to a doctor's office in my life. Nancy Deeb who is my physician there makes you feel at ease the minute you step into the office. Wonderful to talk to and takes the time to listen. I can't say enough about her. The staff as well from the minute you go to the reception desk are all welcoming!! I highly recommend that this would be your medical choice!!!!!

I know first hand that most google reviews for a medical office are fake , the office I worked for had employees make up reviews using patients names. But this one is real for sure. I had my first visit yesterday and OMG I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer Figueroa aprn!!! She is amazing, she actually listens and genuinely cares about her patients and you can tell. I finally feel like I am in good hands .
