I had a prescription sent over from Advent Hospital, and the staff here did everything they could to ensure I could afford it. They worked closely with the hospital staff to secure a coupon for my very costly prescription, which I greatly appreciated.

However, I did overhear them discussing other customers in a negative manner, which I find to be very unprofessional. It’s important for staff to maintain a respectful environment, regardless of the situation.

Overall, I appreciate their assistance with my prescription, but I hope they can improve their professionalism in the future.

Looking for oxygen generated nebulizer. CSR had no idea what it was and didn't try to assist me at all other than to say no! I was shocked! Been customer for decades and never been dismissed like that before. She needs more education on the DME!

Excellent service they had a specialty prescription I really needed so thankful for this Pharmacy . I'm moving all my prescriptions here I'm tired of the big chains with slow miserable service... I use them years ago and they were great and they still are

Have been dealing with Bittings for over 10 years and am surprised reading other reviews saying some of the employees are rude. Have never experienced that I have always been treated great. I usually deal with Jordan and she is super nice. Their service has always been excellent. Great communication. I would not go anywhere else.

I called before going in to ask about renting a knee scooter. I was told $75 deposit and $75 per month. I made sure to ask if I used for less than a month would the monthly charge be prorated. I was told yes.
When I went to rent the knee scooter the employees were nice at first. I noticed they wrote down all my credit card information by hand (not entered into an encrypted system) and made a photocopy of my license and credit card. I asked if those would be given back to me or destroyed in front of me when I returned the scooter. I was told no, they keep in a file "in back". I had to talk to Pam, the owner, to have anything else done. Pam agreed that I could have my information back upon return of the scooter. This shouldn't have even been a question but they were obviously perturbed that I had asked. The employee who "was" helping me had gone all the way across the store at this point. I had to ask her if I was done and free to go.
I returned the knee scooter today after having it for a week. I stopped at the rental area and they had me walk to the prescription counter despite being the only customer, wheeling the knee scooter, and wearing a fracture boot. They were less than friendly and accommodating. When I asked about the prorated charge I was told, "we don't do that. Just the monthly fee". I told them I had called and was told that they did. They restated they only did the monthly charge.
A few takeaways here:
**Don't rent equipment from this place. They overcharge in the first place and do not prorate on less than a month usage.
**If you have rented in the past, they still have ALL your credit card and identity information in a cabinet in the back. Vulnerable to any staff and any thieves that break in. Go get your information unless you gave them specific permission to keep your card on file.
Deceptive business practices, a pharmacy/business that doesn't value keeping personal financial information safe, and employees that are rude, are not the way to earn repeat business.
