Very quick to sell products, but will not address any issues. Bottles/caps are cheap, but quality is poor. We got a batch of Touch-Down vials/caps that were not closing/locking and we called and left message; but never got a call back to address the issues. I finally spoke with the Credit manager who was calling to charge me on the invoice and she said to ship the bottles back at my own expense. On another order, I placed a order for about 12 boxes and I received and got charged for Double that order amount. I requested for Amin, the owner to call me so I could speak with him regarding all the issues, but as of today, I have not recieved a phone call. WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM DUE TO POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND POOR SERVICE. PRICES ARE GOOD, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. BUYER BE AWARE. THANKS

One of the worst pharmaceutical supply companies I've every experienced! My business has ordered from them multiple times and we are done with their horrible customer service and poor quality vials. In the past, our secretary had taken the time to set up an account with them and it was just convenient ordering from them because they already had our information on file, but it is just not worth it anymore. Done with staff that can barely speak English. Done with lies and broken promises. On more than one occasion they had told me my order was shipped and "would arrive tomorrow" only for it to take sometimes almost a week. They have a system of transferring you around to different people until you end up at someone's voicemail. The result is no one will ever get back to you and your problems will never get solved until you call them back the next day making a million complaints, only to possibly get an action. Please save yourself the time and money and do not deal with this company. They have no idea how to run a professional operation.

Our pharmacy stopped using BioRx Labs for vials, primarily because too many customers complained they couldn't get the lids off easily. They also sent us the wrong vials multiple times and all along they told us shipping was free, but then we later noticed that they charged us a handling fee on every order. Now about once a week a different person from BioRx calls us to ask if we would like to reorder. We explain why we are using a different supplier and then every single time they abruptly hang up on us. They certainly do not apologize or try to make it right. They are simply unprofessional.

I ordered a portable TV from BioRx through the walmart website and it didn't work. When I tried to return it (they had a 30 day policy) they never picked up when I called or respond to my emails. I sent it back to them (having to pay for shipping) and had my credit card company refund me. Two months later my credit card company (citi bank) charged me again. I called them again today and finally had someone respond only to tell me the only person who could solve my problem is not there.

One star is way generous, in fact their 1.6 rating from 10 people should read negative -1.6.
Ordered product through Walmart, never received order, wouldn’t respond to why shipment wasn’t sent. This was four-weeks ago.
Go else where, they will take your money and run if they could. Thankfully Walmart refunded that money and they will have to get that money back themselves.
If you order directly, I cannot stress enough BEWARE!

We switched banks, so naturally we change our banking info with all of our suppliers. After the 3rd time of getting charged through the wrong bank and after 3 different times changing our ACH forms, all they say is "oh, they must not have gotten to it". False. I stayed on the phone the second time around with the customer service rep. She assured me it all was changed. Nope! This company is the worst. Never buy products from them. You'll regret it.

Purchased Clipper from Bio Rx. They sent me defective item. Returned the item and no refund has been issued. So I lost my money and the defective clipper. They don't take calls or replay to emails. Be aware!

We will not be ordering from this company again. Order vials and the boxes are mislabeled, shorted caps. Now we have a bunch of vials and no caps. Call customer service to discuss and the soonest they can get them to me is a week. I don't have a week to wait for a product that was supposed to be in the item that I ordered originally.
