The Corona location was clean, and organized during my visit. Welcomed by Loni and she helped walked me through the process, and it was a great experience. Just FYI, expect a couple of hours on your first visit. Overall, It’s nice to see how many lives you’ve helped which they show you on the app with each donation. Drink water, water, water.

The person who stuck me was so heavy handed it gave me a hematoma… crazy bruise too. She was checking blood a few weeks prior. I do no think she is properly trained and has no business sticking patients.
I can cause me to miss a donation and I suck’s that you guys do not compensate for missed donations due to the staff not being properly trained! Pick is from today… 5 days since she stuck me.

I love it that you make an appointment and come in and now they explain everything that you need. I wasn’t accepted because I “didn’t drink enough water this morning.” They expect you to know exactly how much you drank the day before. And they also expect you to know how much you have drank before your appointment and if it’s not what they have expected you to drink then you can’t donate. How about put that information when someone books an appointment. Don’t make people waste their time and gas.

I recently visited the BioLife plasma donation center in Corona and had an outstanding experience, largely due to the incredibly pleasant staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation, which immediately put me at ease.

The staff was not only professional but genuinely caring, taking the time to explain the process thoroughly and answer all my questions. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit, checking in on me frequently. It was clear that they valued each donor and were dedicated to creating a positive environment.

Overall, the combination of a welcoming atmosphere and a supportive team made my plasma donation experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this center to anyone considering donating; the staff really make all the difference!

great experience! everyone was super sweet and everything was organized and easy to understand. Lani especially made this experience 1000% better, so sweet and absolutely hilarious, if you’re blessed enough to have her help you, be grateful! everything was explained thoroughly and i felt well taken care of!

Everytime I come to this BioLife Plasma center the staff is always so nice and attentive. They acknowledge when things are busy or taking a while but it's clear they are doing everything they can to help the situation. They do a great job with new donors explaining the process and ensuring a safe donation. Excellent team here.

Horrible place. They bruise everyone half of them dont know what they are doing. They pick and choose when they turn people away. Always new workers who dont know what to do. They pick and choose when they let you go through. They are rude to everyone. I saw a mentally ill in there being mistreated. Attitudes from every single one. The nurses are rude. They always make up some stuff to get people out. They cheat people out of plasma say its goes off of weight but take more from you thinking you dont know place is full of it

I’ve been donating for a while now and I know how busy this place can get… the staff has been on it lately. The wait times have been shorter than usual and that’s a really good thing! Also being unhooked in a timely manner is so important. I know the staff must be tired and they are on their feet all day but they are doing a good job! I only go to Corona Bio it’s the best one and I’ve been to three different ones
