It’s hard to describe the asset that Brandon Edwards is to Benson Medical Equipment and Supplies in Longwood Florida. I walked in with a fairly complicated situation and he took charge and immediately simplified it. We had what we needed within 20 minutes of our walking in the store, and the attitude and enthusiasm with which he helped us simplify our situation was amazing. I highly recommend visiting Brandon at Binson’s for your medical equipment and needs. I give him 10 stars!

They have bad drivers, today on the exit for I-4 via Maitland Av an unconscious and rude driver pushed me almost making me crash into the wall of the road. He didn't care and no matter how much I honked my horn he just moved away when I crossed the yellow line on the edge of the road. It was horrible and I feared a serious accident just because his car was bigger. Please make sure that the drivers know the minimum traffic rules.

They send auto messages on your progress and tell you to call when you have a problem. No one ever answers and then they want to threat that your insurance coverage will stop. I went to a mouth guard and am sleeping better. Poor customer support.

The girls Ashley and Jessica are always there and take very good care of me . They order my supplies and call me when they come in and make sure I get them. The store in Longwood is very good and they are all very curious and very nice and make sure I always get what I need. I would recommend this medical supply store to anyone who is in need of medical supplies.

After forgetting to pack my cpap power cord for my recent trip. I found a Binsons nearby and expected to have to purchase another one. Julissa greeted me and went in back to see what they had in stock.

After telling Brandon that a Binson's customer from Michigan was in need, he provided one at no charge.

I can't say enough about this customer service experience. Thanks to both Julissa and Brandon for turning around my negative start to a vacation weekend!
