Horrible customer service, manager had me followed around the store as if I was stealing, and followed me to the end of the parking lot to see where I was going after I left.

Great selection on tools and different thing but on the other hand I don't know if they racial profile because I was looking at drill bits and I had 6 different employees go down that lane and look at me as if I was going to steal. Then I had a employee stand on the other side of the check out line and look at me and when I got my drill bits he decided to move to where I got my straps. Does not make me uncomfortable or anything but first of all I'm a working man not a kid looking to steal. Never made any movement like I was going to steal everything I had in my hands was either put on the ground when I was looking at something or where they could see what I already grab and going to to pay for.

When I checked out the store I allowed my mom to come inside herself. If that does NOT say it all.... I felt my mom was safe to go inside and shop. Thank you Ace WE will be back. You are our 1st responders thank you for your safe service. Especially Sam and cute mama I did not get name of, my bad. Please be as safe as you made US feel. Not scared to shop here, love from the only Lee ladies left, Mama and me. You are our heroes.

I'm re doing my review because they have gotten better with their customer service. This place is more expensive then Lowe's or Home Depot but it is worth it on most things. The Concord location has a lot of very cool unusual gifts for people that are hard to buy for.
Husbands or boy friends cant go wrong, go get your man stuff, then xmas or bday shop for your wife, you will find something she will love, i promise! It is worth going to check it out. I almost didn't want to tell anyone and save this little treasure for myself but i had to share.
You wont be disappointed! Enjoy!!

Came in today to look for a couple of sale items. We had a hard time finding an item, but Jay and Art came to the rescue. Not only did they go out of their way to find them, but they made sure we got the sale prices, got us a cart, and loaded my truck. Very helpful to us two old ladies! Very pleasant shopping experience. Another employee offered help as well!! Great customer service. Thank you!!!!
