My grandmother’s ac was having issues today. Granny called Bill’s ac after 4pm and they not only had a tech out to the house today, after hours I should add but had it fixed and work properly before they left. I’m sure everyone can understand how appreciative and happy I was that they went out of their way at the end of the day for my grandmother. I greatly appreciate you guys.

We had a new unit that was not followed up post installation. Josh came out day of and figured out the issue and even set up the system how it should from the beginning. He didn’t just fix the problem but also prevent it from happening again. Definitely I would recommend this company!

Called late Saturday and Sunday noon AC was up and running again.
Very reasonable weekend service call fee!

Bills installed our new ac unit today. The were great. Our new system looks awesome. The men were very efficient and completed the install in one day. The men cleaned up and left the work sight nice and tidy. I highly recommend this company for all your ac and heating needs.

They pick up my phone call and gave me instructions to check for small fixes, and turns out the HVAC Drain is clogged and the water is backed up. He help me to fix the problem on the phone without even sending me a bill. Very honest business and definitely would recommend to everyone.
