Dr Concepcion is an exceptional doctor and I feel lucky to have her for my primary care. Her concierge style practice works very well for me. She is very thorough and responds quickly to all of my health concerns and questions. She recently was there for me everyday on the patient portal when I had a bout with COVID-19. It was reassuring to know that I had a caring doctor to guide me through this illness. She even brought Covid rapid tests to my house when I couldn’t find them in the local drug stores. I highly recommend Dr C and her team at Big Trees MD.

Dr. Concepcion is truly an amazing physician. She is listens to your needs in a caring and compassionate way that makes you feel heard. I’ve been one of her patients for over 7 years from a traditional care setting to her new direct care model and I can attest to how great she is. The new model is a game changer for the way I receive my care. I cannot imagine going backwards! Having the ability to reach out by text or direct message makes things so easy. On top of virtual appointments. Its 10 fold a better way to receive care. Become a new patient while you can! ❤️
