We took my 2 year old grandson to the er due to him throwing up and had severe diarrhea. He wasnt eating or drinking . We sat for 3 hours in the waiting room and finally asked how long it would be before they would call us back and was told a while.. our concern was he may have been dehydrated but it didn’t seem to be a concern. This is the first time we’ve had to wait like this.

Good thing I was only there for chest x-rays.
Receptionist was super nice and directed me to check-in who was also nice and helpful.
X-ray techs seems to lack interpersonal skills .

They need to have more Ultra Sound Technicians working. Waiting over 4 hours to have an US done is a bit ridiculous. Them being a hospital I would have thought they would have more than one technician. Not a great experience when you are in pain.

I went to Bibb to get help for a pulled muscle in my right foot. I the doctor walked in and immediately told me to go to a foot doctor. Then gave me a shot for pain, ended up being a steroid shot. This caused me more pain in the end. I tried to go back 24hours later with extreme abdominal pain. Hurt to eat or even drink water. I stood in empty waiting room for 15 minutes before ringing the bell, the doctor that I had seen the night before came up to the window, I told him what was wrong. He said he remembered me and he would be with me in a moment. It took 45 minutes for a nurse to pull me back. There was two nurses sleeping at the nurses station that popped awake when I walked by. All the rooms were dark and empty. They left me in the room for an additional hour, and when I pulled some strength together to stand up and open my door. I could see the nurses station from my room, the nurses and the doctor, were to busy having pie and ice cream to even see me. A male nurse walked by with a plate, and I asked when I was going to be seen, I’m in a lot of pain, he rudely said when we get time we will come in you need to be patient! I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously, so I gathered my stuff and left. As I was leaving a female nurse laughed and said good one less we have to deal with! I was in too much pain to say anything back and left quietly. I will never go back to this hospital! (It’s making me put up a star to post. If it was my choice they wouldn’t get a star from me!!)

I’ve always had wonderful experiences at Bibb. The night shift nurses are an absolute joy to have taking care of you when you aren’t feeling your best. Kellye, Michelle, Blanche and Sierra are awesome! Dr. Billano too!

Sat in the waiting room for 3hrs. No one was called back for 2hrs and staff is rude and on their personal cell phones and eating at the front desk in front of hungry patients. I will never put my trust In this hospital. They are all a joke. Brought a sister and they let her leave with stroke level blood pressure. She did request clonidine but they weren't going to give it to her without her asking. There is no TV on in the waiting area and no snacks for guests to eat. Id advise yoy Go to Birmingham for your Healthcare needs

Went to ER for urgent care for daughter. Chronic issues with IBS and nausea. They refused to take any imaging of stomach area. No blood work or urine requested. Even after I asked for more to be done we Basically sat almost 5 hrs to have them take vitals, press around on her stomach area and give her prune juice with senna. No help with referrals either. Was hoping for more help. Honestly a waste of time and almost 200$. We had to go to Children's 2 nights later for a blockage.

This was by far the best experience I have had in any medical facility. From the receptionist to the nurses and NP and to the financial services they were all A+ amazing. God was good to heal me through their care and expertise. I praise Him for bringing me to this place for treatment. ? We are blessed to have this service in our county.
