Fairly nice people that work here. However, there seems to be a very high turnover rate of nurse practitioners and doctors at this location. Medical staff can be combative with refilling prescriptions. It gets annoying having to relate your entire medical history to someone new every year or so. On top of that, the newer medical staff I have seen are typically not from Arizona and don't have much knowledge of local resources or medical facilities.

Very compassionate and professional care. I was able to get an appointment the same day, vs 6 weeks out with the other Dr in town. Very kind and welcoming staff, Nicolette is knowledgeable and listened to everything I said. I am changing to Benson Family Healthcare for my primary care.

Sent my wife there to be treated. She was told she was not a patient and could not be seen. They would not tell her how to become a patient. They just did not want to be bothered signing up a new patient. She was not well and had to drive to Sunsites to be seen. Sunsites clinic welcomed her as a new patient.
Your 688 W 4th location has terrible uncaring employees.

Good people and we like our Nurse Practitioner, two complaints though; they are very poor at filling prescriptions (you have to fight with them, and I don't mean for pain killers, we are talking about regular meds.) And THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED ME BACK WHEN I LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH MY PHONE NUMBER! And I mean NEVER EVER EVER EVER! If you have a problem you have to physically go in and see them on 4th Street in Benson.

I have been taking my family here for a couple years now. The doctors know what they are doing and they are always friendly and loving! We can usually get right in and not have to worry!!
