An impressive independent, and now my regular, pharmacy. I felt welcomed and comfortable speaking with the pharmacist, Ben, concerning diabetes medication that had been back ordered for weeks everywhere else. My experience was so terrific, all family doctors (including our veterinarian) were notified to send future scripts to Ben’s! That’s right. Ben fills pets’ yearly heartworm prevention, flea/tick medicines, prepares specialty compounds and salves as needed too.

Ben’s pharmacy is the best! My husband and I are from out of town and about to visit my elderly parents. We needed Covid tests and literally everywhere else was booked and sold out of tests. The pharmacist at Ben’s was so helpful, friendly, and tested us even though it kept him there after closing time. The environment is clean, calm, and there’s a lovely sitting area to wait for test results or for vaccine. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Ben and Sara have been the most knowledgeable, helpful, and kind pharmacist I have worked with. You will never feel rushed as they display willingness to answer all questions. I had difficulty getting a prescription for Ozempic from mainstream large pharmacies I had used previously. On recommendation of someone I decided to call Bens to see if they could get it as none of the others could reliably. Ben has consistently delivered on having my medications in stock to fill, no waits and uncertainty. He is not burdened with monolithic processes the big ones do-if he needs it, he gets it, quickly. Not only has he delivered on always having my prescrips, he has gone above and beyond with personal service and great communication. I am glad to spend my money locally with a local small business now-supporting the people who live here and work for and with Ben. I recommend using Bens pharmacy, for a level of service that is uncommon in todays world.
