We went here for a self-dog wash. You pay $15 and get a token. It’s a small room. You don’t have a lot of options or towels to use. I read previous comments with high ratings….how? The air got hot. The water temp was good, but you don’t have options for shampoo. My dog came out pretty darn wet still. We will not come back. The front staff was not great.

Had seen online that this store carried the food my cat needed...they didn't have what I needed in stock, but they went above and beyond in effort to get me what I needed. Not only did they get the bags from another location, but ordered more for future needs. Pretty cool.

My husband and I really liked this store. They have many different gourmet brands, small artisan brands and high end brands. Lots of fun choices to make. Lots of treats. A dog toy aisle. Raw dog and cat food options. Beautiful store too. Modern electronic check out. They did not appear to have an apparel option but said they may be getting those in the future.

Definitely recommend!

Overall, all employees from every location have always been helpful in my couple years of shopping with them, but I’d love to give a shout out to Madison at the Citrus Heights location! I’ve had a hard time finding stock for my cats best food choice, and she saved my life in the nick of time! Helpful and informative, I am always grateful for these people! 🙂

Came to use the self dog wash. Was told they charge a dollar a minute so only 15 min for $15 dollars. I have a husky. I can’t wash and dry her in 15 min! I’ve been going to self dog washes for years and never have been timed. We just moved up here so we thought we’d try this place. Never again. The hose is supposed to spray soap and conditioner, there’s different settings, they were broken. They had a small thing of shampoo to use but no conditioner. I couldn’t even dry her cause our time ended so fast. The room was not clean and felt cramped. Front help really couldn’t care less and I mean they get paid hourly. The owners are the ones we should annoyed with.

Wow the owners responses to customers are inappropriate. Maybe you should check out some other self wash stations. Pet food express has an awesome wash station and they provide towels. It’s kind of insane you’re on here defending yourselves when you’re still charging people to use broken machinery.
It’s also not up to you to say how long it takes someone to wash their dog. You don’t know the dogs temperament, or if the owner had disabilities that could require them to need a little extra time.

*Support Small Business* First impressions say quite a bit when doing business with any company. That said I was not disappointed when visiting here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My dog was welcomed in the store while on a leash and treated with respect. The staff knows information of all the products they suggested for my Dog's needs. The staff stayed with me while I shopped and answered any question I may have had about the products. This is a small business as I mentioned in opening and the staff welcome you as you would family. I am a very happy customer and found a new home for my current and future pet needs. Thank you for your support to the local community of pets and families. I will be back again.

this place is the place that I was looking for, I think it is 100% health food.
there was dried ducks heart's, pig nose,cow and pig hooves,Elk horns,cows vertebrate,ect. I will soon get a goldenoodle dog breed and that is the store that I liked the MOST for now!!!❤️❤️👌👌👌👌👍

Jennifer was helpful to my grandmother and I as always, and the selection is top notch! Great customer service, and you can even wash your own doggos there too!
