I was sent to see Dr. Michael Gordon, orthopedic surgeon, by my primary doctor. He subsequently sent me for an X-ray in another area of the office which was convenient. After reviewing it he determined that I had a frozen shoulder and arthritis. He gave me a cortisone shot (which I was hesitant about but glad I got it after all) to alleviate the pain and recommended that I start PT right away. He and his staff were very professional and congenial and there was very little wait time. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon.

I had a disappointing interaction today. I took my father for fasting blood work today. Evidently his blood work order must have dropped out of the system. So I walked over to the building where the doctor works and spoke to the lady at the check in desk. She has worked there a long time. Anyway, I was explaining what had happened and that we were there today to do my father’s blood work. After a couple of questions, she called Dr Austin’s office and told the person who answered the phone that I was there arguing with her and then they had a good laugh. It looked as though it was at my expense. I have used this office for many years and have dealt with this lady and never had such an upsetting thing happen. This was very unprofessional and I do not appreciate how I was treated . Thank you. Dana Bridgman Ferrante

If you call you can be put on music hold up to 40 minutes this is at several locations.
I think you will find appointments are out to 4-6 weeks. They do have a good patient portal, but sometimes it takes them a while to answer your email.

I have finally found a wonderful female primary care physician here! She is very thorough and is trying to get to the bottom of all of my health issues. Her nurse, Kassie is very helpful and efficient when I call and need anything. I have liked all the specialist within Group of doctors that she has referred me to so far. I had a hard time leaving my doctor in Texas, but Dr Benjamin is the first doctor that I felt was like my doctor back home. I feel blessed to have found her.

Excellent experience in going here! I was desperate to find a doctor who could see me immediately. I couldn't have found a better one. Doctor Austin is SO caring, his bedside manner is unsurpassed, takes the time to listen to you, and gives a thorough diagnosis. I was in need of an x-ray and you can have them (as well as labs) done on-site. The office is well organized, no long waiting times, and the staff is top-notch (Keith was so patient & kind to me & I was a mess!) Prices are very fair, as I am without insurance. I would recommend this office to absolutely anyone! If you are searching for a primary care physician, stop looking and give them a call! A+++

Edit: Just had blood drawn by Rashonda, she is an absolutely amazing phlebotomist! So caring and patient. It really makes a difference to have staff that is great at their professions & actually care about your well being; thank you so much!

Tech said my father needs to replace the battery in his pacemaker, so why do we need to come back 3 weeks later to see the nurse to tell us the same thing - can't you just schedule the surgery? Looks like they need extra $ - SMH.
