I absolutely loved my experience with my cataract surgery here and Dr. Papas is a super caring Dr who never makes you feel rushed and is a great surgeon who gave me back my eyesight! How can you pay someone back for that?! What a Blessing! Thank you to Everyone who works here! They were all super nice & caring.

Ear, Nose, Throat office has a very courteous staff. Doctor's take time to listen to you and provide good medical care. They do not rush you through your appointment and the
process flow of patients seems well organized.

The nursing staff was very nice and professional to my husband who was having wrist surgery. However I did not feel welcome in the slightest as his support person. Nobody bothered to acknowledge me while we were checking in or share instructions that I was to sit in the main lobby instead of the suite waiting room - mind you there aren’t even enough chairs in the lobby for everyone waiting at the center and more than enough space in the suite waiting room for people to still be distanced due to Covid precautions still being in place. I had to sit in the lobby while my husband sat separately in suite waiting room until he was called. I never knew when they called him back, I never received any kind of update about his progress nor was I told that they would call me once he was in recovery. That information I found out after I called the building phone number, went through the menu until I got ahold of a real person- who was very rude and hung up on me before I could ask any questions- anyways, they informed me that my husband had been taken back to surgery about 50 minutes prior - mind you I have been sitting in the lobby for 3 hours at this point - and that someone would call when he’s in recovery. When they finally called I was informed that I needed to drive through the parking lot to a different entrance. I was caught off guard because it would have been nice information to know in advance. It took a minute to find the new door as there are no signs in the parking lot about where recovery is. I walked to the door and had to ring the doorbell multiple times before another rather unpleasant worked met me and asked “why are you here” very rude and abruptly. None of the other nurses there were able to clarify who called me. Which is shocking because if this is their system then why wouldn’t you be expecting family members to come into recovery from the outside doors? Sitting in recovery not one nurse bothered to come over and give me any updates about how my husbands surgery went or inform me if there was anything I needed to know while waiting for him to wake up. I never felt that I was welcomed there. This is a center for quick non invasive procedures or for dropping off family members you don’t care about. Other than the doctor and the nursing staff that my husband said were very nice to him, I would not recommend this center after my experience as a support person.

I have been to this place many times for outpatient surgery. It is probably the best place in Butler to go. Very nice staff, very clean facility, and very efficient. I have never ever had any problems at this place and will probably see it many times in the future now that I am getting older. I would highly recommend this surgical center if supported by your doctor.

Anesthesiologist told me to sit down and shut up when I tried to talk before procedure. Other than her staff was great.

Had appointment with Dr David Cowan he is a expert dermatologist..he removed a mole from my lower back that had bled a few times...no pain what so ever...he did a complete examination...he shows great concern for his patents..
