Dr. Patrick and his staff are superior wonderful caring people. They make it easy to take the next step towards the possibility of hearing aids. He worked with me for over three months to get the wax buildup out of my ears in order for him to be able to do a hearing test. I was a giant baby, and he has the patience of a saint! I love the Orange City Beltone Hearing Center. Patrick and Velma are the best. The atmosphere of the new office is beautiful and calming. Ms. Velma always greets me with a smile. Patrick is the best. He is personable. He listens to my needs. I always walk out with a new love of my Beltone hearing aid or as I call them, my ear buds.

I have dealt with several local hearing care center prior to my appointment with Beltone in Orange City, Florida. I could probably write a book on the subject.

Having said that, I shall continue by saying that nobody else even came close to the level of expertise and excellence I experienced with Beltone.

My husband has needed hearing aids for a decade. He finally saw Dr. Meza on Hartley Rd. The experience went so well, he is now loving to wear them. The office is friendly, clean, and they really care about helping you get the greatest results.

The people are wonderful, they are very kind and courteous. However, this is the third time that I have had my hearing aids repaired under warranty. The repair center did no work on my second aid. They will have to go back for a fourth repair. Not happy with the product.

Staff was great - took good care of me.
Patrick was very knowledgeable, concerned & informative with my condition and what I should do. I will be buying hearing aids from Patrick/Beltone (a brand that has been in business approximately 80 yrs (More than I’ve been alive - a long time) Quality product & service to be able to HEAR again!!
Costco (though decent) doesn’t compare in my view.

At first, I was very apprehensive that hearing aids would work for me, but Bob really cares about getting it right!! He was very informative, and explained everything in detail which put my mind at ease.
I hear so much better now from casual conversation to loud restaurants or just watching TV. Absolutely the best move I ever made, and I’m sure my wife would agree!
