i am writing to this from urgent care, this is my third time here. my experience with belle vie has been non stop horrendous. i’ve gotten lip fillers for years- ive always had the same injector in new york city. i came into the cosa mesa office with specific details and a certain filler i always use. not only was jackie late (i had to go outside and remind her i was in the room) but she didn’t listen to me at all, recommended a different filler and now here i am with late- on set inflammation.
i called the office the first time this happened, they had me come into the cerritos office and told me to take a zyrtec. they dismissed me like i didnt look like i had a botch job done, even told me they’d charge me to dissolve it!! the audacity! the second time i was rushed from urgent care to the hospital emergency room. look at those photos, they’re incredible. i felt like my lips were going to explode. i have no allergies ever in my 32 years of life, the doctors themselves told me this was too severe to just be an allergy and said it looks like complications from the fillers. Belle Vie did not contact me till days later- i sent them those photos immediately before even going to urgent care. please, do your research, drive to where you have to there is an incredible injector in LA Dr. K an incredible office in sherman oaks vanity looks please go to them, for i will too as soon as these fillers dissolve on their own. i now know i should’ve just walked out when she was late to my appointment, i knew something was wrong when she poked the sides of my lips to “get rid of the last drop” with no strategy, no course of where my filler would end up. i knew after my fillers i would not go back, but this solidifies it even more. please be careful

ps- they called me twice from a number i didn’t recognize and that’s the extend of care they had, oh and an email days later with no apology and no solution.
no i don’t want to “talk” about what’s happening, i can send you my discharge papers instead.

As someone who recently moved to OC, I decided to find a new place to get Botox and lip filler. I was a little nervous to try a new place but after finding Belle Vie on yelp I read the reviews about Nurse Jasmin and checked out her IG and knew I was about to find my new place!

Every part of my experience was easy and great from the moment I scheduled my appointment to even a week after when I received a follow up message to see how I was doing. The staff is so kind and informative. When I walked in for my appointment, Kasia brought me the form to fill out and applied my numbing cream while I waited for Jasmin, who came in shortly after to meet with me for a consultation before my injections.

Jasmin is super sweet and very knowledgeable, I instantly felt at ease and knew I was in great hands. I love how she’s honest and will explain things in detail to make sure you know exactly what she thinks is best for your facial features. She didn’t try to sell me on anything I wasn’t there for and gave her honest opinion. I want a natural look when doing Botox/lip filler and Jasmin is the perfect person to go to for that. I knew she wasn’t about to overfill my lips and make me look scary. She was also SO GENTLE!! I bruise easily and normally have my lips bruised for a good two weeks before the bruising finally goes away, but Jasmin was so gentle and took her time that my bruising was minimal and was gone by the end of the first week! She really took her time to make sure I was comfortable and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Before, I was told to get my lip filler every 6-8 months, but when I asked Jasmin what her recommendation is for my lips, she said not to get filler for another 14-18 months which was such a green flag!

Overall I’m so incredibly happy with my experience at Belle Vie and love my results! I’m really looking forward to the next time I come in!

i am so happy that i had my procedure at Belle Vie! Jasmin has been very helpful explaining the method and options ahead of the procedure. She is very patient and really knows the anatomy of human body. She gives precise explanation/ warning what is going to happen to my face during the procedure and how would i feel so i knew exactly what to expect and what is normal. She was so gentle and pleasant, it was a big relieve. I feel so good and the results look amazing. Really appreciate the great work and looking forward to come back for more skin care.
