Service was absolutely horrible. I went to take a pregnancy test and was there for 2 hours and then was told to go home and wait until I receive a call to set an appointment. After the first week, I called to make sure I didn't miss a call and the lady that answered said it could take up to 2 weeks and that they call their patients back. It's been 4 weeks and no call so I had to look for another clinic to see me. I will never go back to this place.

I’d give them no stars if it was an option. Firstly, they are nearly impossible to reach. They simply don’t pick up or call back. They refused to transfer me as a patient (barely) past 20 weeks along even though I’m in good standing with insurance, health, and have frequent visits with my current provider in another state. Mostly, I was surprised at how RUDE the receptionist was. Both my provider and I were hung up on, even though we were both calm and kind over the phone. We were also denied to speak to any providers. Badell Avenue Clinic, the bare minimum you could do is fire your receptionist and hire someone that actually cares about patients and has communication skills. When your super sweet doctor STRONGLY recommends not getting a doctor there in the future either, you know it’s bad. Traveling 3 hours for care suddenly seems like a better option. Do better. Rural or not, there should be better standards for health care. It shouldn’t be preferred that I roll up in emergency labor without any health records on file. Twenty weeks (regardless of health and care history) is an insane policy when there are no other options in the area.

Not impressed at all with their service. I had a scheduled 8:30 am appointment. I still had not been seen by 10:30 am and was given no explanation or heads up. With that being said though Ms. Meza took her time with me and was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time she took to answer all my questions.

Always loved this clinic. Takes a while to be seen sometimes but the care that they give is always on point. Everyone there are very polite and opens ears if you have any questions or concerns.
