I love the BeBalance Center in Ormond Beach! I've been on a lot of weight loss program in the past but I've never found one that gave me the results that the BeBalanced program did! The nutrition plan is phenomenal but I love the way the program holds you accountable as well! Stella and Kristin are fantastic coaches.They are always there to answer questions and to help guide you! I lost 20 pounds in May/June of last year and have still kept it off!!

BeBalanced has changed my life! I feel amazing, healthy and energized. I am down 46lbs and 38 inches in such a short time. I never thought it was possible. This truly has been a life changing place for me!! I was not concerned with weight loss but more concerned with feeling better and improving my menopause symptoms. I definitely have lost weight however, the big reward is the improvement in my health and symptoms are mind blowing!! I do not have hot flashes any longer and I am no longer taking medication for menopause (this was my ultimate goal). I am so glad I took this step to improve my health overall.

It has been amazing working through weight issues with Kristen at BeBalanced. She has been a wonderful coach. I am amazed and shocked that I was able to lose 40 pounds! This program really does work! In the past, I had gained so much weight over the years and tried so many programs and special foods to lose the unwanted weight and nothing worked. I would lose maybe 10 pounds and then gain 20. I thought I would never be happy with my body again. BeBalanced helped me to regain my confidence in the way I look and I got my energy back. I highly recommend BeBalanced. I also Loved the holistic healing such as music and body massage tips that was recommended to compliment the coaching on the healthy foods to eat. In February I decided that enough was enough. I was tired, heavy and feeling much older than my age. I knew about (@bebalancedormondbeach) and decided I didn't have much to lose to make one more attempt to lose the weight that I struggled to lose for so many years. Well 37 pounds later, I can say that I have healed my relationship with food and my body. I feed it well and move easier, and I'm doing things I didn't think I could do a year ago. It isn't about a number on the scale. It's about learning about what fuels your body well, eating what feels good in every moment without judgement about "good" or "bad" foods...it's all just food.
