Great store great selection. Best prices in town.
I used to shop at another local store had to stop because customer service was terrible but as soon as I found Beauty exchange, best service I ever had gotten

Be careful..for example he charged me $9.49 instead of 7.99 .. he did more than one items like that so please check your receipt before u leave..can’t trust .... 😡😡 they just lost a value customer

I had a second visit there the sales staff was very friendly. However. The cashier. While I was reading a product took ot out my hand and cashed the product without saying excuse me or anything. Thank God thr sales Girls are very helpful and patient.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!!! And I never write reviews but this time I NEEDED TO! Customer service was very UNACCEPTABLE! These people are very unprofessional! The employees are not knowledgeable and they purposely don’t put the barcode numbers on the items so they can change the price on you! I bought 4 items for a specific price and came back to exchange them. The cashier said they only rang up for $1.00 each when the receipt CLEARLY showed I bought each item except 1 for $1.99! Without the barcode numbers on receipts and items they can EASILY screw your over!!! It becomes their word against the customers’. They definitely lost a valuable customer. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

I bought a pair of girls sandals at this store. My daughter tried it on ONE TIME at home and we saw that they were too small. We left them in the car in the same bag with the tags still on. By the time I returned them, the glue had separated the sandal stap but I didn't even notice until I brought them in and put them on the counter. They did not exchange them for me. I've spent so much money supporting this local store. They are unreasonable and do not deserve my business. Stop selling cheap shoes you crooks!!!

Just left. Simply asked skinny red head for a 14inch in premium now. She asked did I want a 12 & 14. I said no. She said I don’t have to be rude. I said you don’t have to be sensitive. Then acted like she did nothing wrong when I asked for a managers. No One there even cared accept the red head at register. She was the only person who answered the simple question of HOW MUCH IS A PREMIUN NOW 14 INCH. I will not be spending my money here. Elegant Beauty is right around the corner and they are much nicer.
