This is a beautiful, clean facility with lots of activities for residents. Family member was very happy there. Unfortunately, the management staff was inconsiderate to the residents capabilities. They tried more than once to push her out. The MD thought she was totally appropriate for the facility, but, they pushed for moving to another level of care. That has caused added stress & decline in health to our loved one.

My Great-Father-in-law loved living here. It was wonderful to see the smile on his face and hear the stories of his daily life whenever we visited him at Beacon Pointe. He had nothing but positive things to say about the meals, activities, friendships and caretakers he experienced every day while living there. His room was comfortable, spacious and bright, and the kind and professional staff was always willing to go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Thank you, Beacon Pointe, for all you did for Jerry Inman and for so many other families!

My father in law Jerry spent his last years at Beacon Pointe Richland.
He loved it and so did we, the staff, the activities, the food etc all excellent!
And the friends made with other residents and community members were wonderful for a man who was always active and outgoing.
He has now passed and we thank Beacon Pointe for all they did for us and especially him ❤️

By far, one of the best Assisted living facilities in Kalamazoo county.
Staff is friendly, caring and attentive .
The Richland facility is clean,and meals are prepared in house. Many daily activities and visiting organizations for the residents.

We’ve had a family member at Beacon in Richland for over one year now. We can’t say enough about the care she receives at Beacon. The entire staff works tirelessly to provide amazing care, wonderful food and awesome activities in an incredibly clean environment. The director, Heidi, does an excellent leading the care team. Thank you to all the staff at Beacon that make it such a special place to live.

Beacon Pointe Assisted Living, Richland, MI.
Highly recommend this facility. My stepfather and mother lived and passed away in their apartment under the excellent care of the BP Caregivers. The BP Director was professional in helping us family members understand and negotiate the often confusing roles of hospice, BP caregivers and family and end of life care. At a time when emotions run high, (end of life) the Director was kind, clear in communication and supportive. I can't say enough about the Caregivers on all shifts.
The frequency and level of activities was amazing. My Mom took part in everything they offered. It was obvious that great thought went into the calendar of events. The seasonal decor for each holiday was heartwarming. Mom never complained about the food and was thankful it was prepared for her each day.
Highly recommend for your elderly loved one.

Beautiful facility, good meals and kept clean. As a smaller facility,( less than 30 residents), Beacon Pointe allows for staff to keep up on residents' needs. Residents go out for weekly trips and have nice activities. Low key, roomy, laid back place.
