Angels! I have been under this company's home health care services for several years now. Monthly an APRN comes to my home along with their lab services, testing and medications. They do and HAVE returned my calls. Their job is not an easy one and I admire those of the medical field.

I hate that you have to give a star to leave A Review, That is how negatively I think about this place. Everything you read, whether it's from disgruntled. Employees or previous clients is the truth. Our experience with this company And my opinion was awful. This is supposed to be an organization that comes in and Help. And all they did is come in and cause chaos. Their communication skills are horrible. You get different answers from different people, And then they tell you something completely different. They had my husband's medications all screwed up The way everything is set up with this company and how they turn medications. And to pharmacy is very confusing and it caused my husband to go without his medication over a weekend. He has stage 4 cancer. That is unacceptable. I could sit here and write all day long about all the things that they did wrong and all the things the should improve or change bit in a nut shell, I would avoid this company at all cost.

Update: how unprofessional is it for the owner of a company to reply to my review and go into detail about a medication and dosage!! That's a violation of hippa and will be reporting it to appropriate authorities now!!

Any time I called the office needing help or with a question,
they always got back with me promptly.
They were friendly and caring at all times.
The nurses were wonderful.
They were professional, but it wasn't just a job to them. They truly cared about my family and me.
I would recommend them highly.
You would never find a better group of people when you need that type of service.
