I started seeing Nurse Practitioner Jessica Tapp last fall when I switched to Medicare coverage. I cannot say enough good things about her. She has been very thorough, always taking time to listen to my questions and offering conservative care alternatives as much as possible. When I met with her today, she recalled personal details of our prior visits and suggested an excellent book that will be helpful with some issues I am currently struggling with. My wife had an appointment as a new patient towards the end of 2024. She had made the appointment expecting to meet Dr. Doolin. After waiting close to an hour, she was shown into an exam room where she was met by a woman who proceeded to do the exam. My wife does not recall the woman introducing herself. When the exam was over, my wife said "thank you Dr. Doolln, it was nice meeting you". It turns out the woman examining her was not the doctor but a PA. Nothing against PAs but what is the point of a new patient visit, not covered as an annual checkup by the way, if the patient doesn't get to meet the doctor. This is unprofessional at the very least and when my wife asked to speak with the doctor, she was told that was not possible and a week later received a letter discharging her as a patient. Awful family practice!

I was initially pleased with Dr. Doolin's care until she violated my medical HIPPA rights by turning over my records without discussion or permission to another clinic. I was in the processing of hiring an attorney about this egregious privacy violation when I received notification from Doolin that I was no longer under her care. In short, she can be highly unprofessional and unsympathetic.

Wilma at the billing department and the lady at the referral department were so helpful, kind, respectful, efficient, and professional. And, Dr. Dina Doolin and Dr. Beth Patel are such incredible doctors... knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, respectful, considerate, and professional as well.
Unfortunately, though, the front desk customer service representatives need to work on being more kind, considerate, resourceful, and efficient so they can benefit the medical center and the team that works so hard in the back. They almost never pick up any calls when I have called, and many other people have the same concerns. They may need a better system to make it possible to speak to a customer service representative.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Dina Doolin from 2012 until recently. We had excellent quality of care until she moved to the current location of Beachside Medical Center. Our wait times became longer in the waiting area and our interaction with Dr. Doolin became much shorter (5 minutes or less). She would not take the time to go over any lab results or issues concerning our health. We were shocked and surprised to receive letters that she would no longer be our provider with no reasons given. Prior to receiving these letters, my husband and I had talked about seeking out a new provider. Luckily, we found one that is way more concerned about our health than being on a production line of patients. I had to to put one star in order to post my review, otherwise I would have put a minus five for stars.

We don't always get to see Dr Doolin. She may be busy but Beth Patel and Dr. Doolin assistant are great! Every doctor has their off days..I've seen many that sent me running.
Today I had a yearly checkup. Wellness I guess it's called. I had so much on my plate with stress issues and poor follow up on other health issues I do know...I came out of that office feeling like I'd been heard and ready to tackle my issues. Thank you Dr Doolin for listening and a great consult!!!

I have been very happy since I started going to Beachside Medical Center. The girls at the front desks are wonderful. I have been seeing Dr. Doolan. I think she is wonderful. She makes me comfortable. I find it very easy to talk to her. I only wish they were open on Fridays also. I noticed it’s getting much busier. Which is a good thing. Call today
