I love this office! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pettigrew is very knowledgeable and really helps in understanding the treatment plan. Plus, scheduling is a breeze and the appointments are usually short and sweet.

I had a very unpleasant experience today. The person administering the shot seemed unskilled and hurt me in the process. Afterward, she asked if I was okay, to which I responded "no," yet she didn’t even apologize. I arrived at 4:10 on 8/16/2024, and I truly hope you consider finding someone more competent to provide this service in the future.

I'll update this when we are done with our visits. My daughter is hyperdermatrophic the the doctor handled it alright to my knowledge. The assistant handled it great I REALLY HATE THE BELL TO ALERT MDs of allergic reactions so that could be improved. The people at the front desk know their abilities and when they don't have the education they don't give you BS answers. Dr Pettigrew is why we'll be back (and the only doctor who will be evaluating my children). He's the only doctor there who FULLY communicated and makes sure you understand before he lets you leave. Again I will update this after our final appointment

I recommend everyone to seek another different Allergy Clinic. We seen 2 different doctors during our time at this place and both advised us very differently on treatments. One doctor was contradicting the other. I’m also appalled with all the extras they charges here, even with a doctors appt, I still have to pay a fee for filling out school medication forms, medications will have to be refilled at the time of the appt or there’s an extra charge of the pharmacy calls it in. Mind that I have duel private insurances with excellent coverages, they still manage to squeeze extra charges. I was upset and spoke to one of the attending doctor that was on duty that day, he agreed that all the charges Dr Baz has going on is ridiculous as well. He referred me to a few Allergist in town. That was the best advice I got from there.

Love the Doctor. Miss the one that left though. The front desk staff isn't my favorite. Been going there for 8 years and can say experience has been mostly positive as long as the one Dr is available otherwise waist of a drive

This place is a joke, they get results in and don’t call you to let you know what’s going on and refuse to move up apts so you can get your results. They cancel apts on you last minute and expect you to either go in with a few hours notice or wait two weeks out. Horrible service, don’t waste your time. Office is filthy as well.

Office and doctors staff are awesome. The nurse who gives shots is always late..makes patients wait on her time. Very cold and unfriendlu.
