My mom was seen here. Even though she arrived 15 minutes late, she was still seen with little to no wait time. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

I would give them zero stars of that were an option. I have been a patient here for two years and although I really like my doctor, I cannot tolerate the crazy rate changes not the absolutely rude and incompetent "business manager", Mr. Imam. They have changed the self pay rates twice now without notification to patients. I went to my appointment expecting to pay one price and was told I had to pay double! I did not have that amount and tried to explain that I am on a medication that cannot be discontinued abruptly or I would become very ill but that did not matter to anyone there. The business manager was one of the rudest, most incompetent men i have ever had to deal with. He told my husband and i that they did not have to let patients know when rates would be changed, claimed that the new rates were posted on a kiosk that hasn't even been in the office for months and months, and very hatefully said "You just need to pay your bill, this meeting is over!" I have never been treated like this in a supposed "professional" office in my life! Like I said, I am a long term patient and have always paid for my visits but apparently that doesn't count for much to this practice. I was talked to so rudely by this man that I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I've never done that to anyone!

***The practice is now owned by Ascension St Vincent's and is sooooo much better! My Dr has always been great and still is. Everything else is better now except for super high lab costs but I guess that's part for the course these days.

I have been going here for years. The main reason I was drawn to this facility is the proximity to my home and the late/weekend hours. I have never had an issue with the staff. I have always been nice to them, and they have been nice to me. If you approach people with an attitude, how do you think they will respond? With an attitude. I have seen this happen so many times when waiting in the lobby. Rude people come in and the staff is trying to be as nice as possible and people storm out cussing and upset, then want to write 1 star reviews. Every appointment I have had has been smooth and did not take alot of waiting time. I love the check-in kiosk. I love how I can come after work and on Saturdays. No complaints with getting results or prescriptions. I will continue to come here and I suggest seeing for your self before you not go, based on these bad reviews.

Yes, there are long wait times here, but I would never go anywhere else. The doctors take so much time and care with their patients. I wish I could review anonymously on Google because I don’t want to put personal health info out on here, but Dr. Imam took more time than any other doctor I’ve went to. Usually I would just be told “you have so and so” the moment I described my symptoms, but he took care to take every test and perform an examination, and lo and behold, it wasn’t what I thought it was from going to other docs, and he got me meds that cleared me right up! With the New Year they got new management so I couldn’t get in with Dr. Imam, and I had the same exact experience with another doctor! They may be busy, but it is worth the excellent care.

This doctors office used to be pretty good, easy to get in and get out but the past few months it has dramatically dropped in quality of care, attention to detail and overall effort. I waited for an hour and a half to see a doctor for a simple prescription refill and then when I finally got back to see someone it took another 20 minutes for a doctor to come to the room. Then they seemed to have no idea why I was there. What is going on?

I have been seeing Dr. Talat for over 13 yrs. She is great but the staff is terrible. I was hung up on twice. They literally screen calls and are rude. I have been trying to get lab results for over a month. They refused to give me an email address for Dr. Talat or assistant. Finally, some agitated girl says one of my results came back high abnormal but she could not explain what and hung up again. This is a nightmare. Why should anyone have to go through this when dealing with a health care provider!

Update:
Referral was finally sent to Precision and it ordered something I was allergic to. I was through with paperwork and noticed. Spoke with them and they said that the doctor should have known that as it is in my medical file. Also, should've been medicated prior to avoid the allergy. Almost had to cancel appointment. Decided to do the test without the dye containing iodine as ordered.

Still will not be coming back here.

Original:

I will not be coming back here.

It has been absolutely awful my last 3 attempts.

I had been coming here to see Laura Logan which was great as she really listened and I felt was very attentive and caring.

Fast forward to lab results. Had to see Dr. Finan as he was the only one available. He gave me absolutely no feedback, handed me a sheet with results and no tips on ways to get healthier because it's genetic. He offered to refer me to an endocrinologist and when I agreed he never sent the referral.

Have been having major headaches and do not know the source. Went to a Minute Clinic because I thought they would better serve me. She sent me to my Baymeadows Healthcare due to major concern and asked me to give them further details. After reviewing symptoms finally a CAT Scan was recommended. The referral was not sent and I had to call 3 times in a week to finally get it.

Was asked to come back for a blood draw for labs. No one could figure out what labs needed done and I waited over 1.5 hours until someone finally came to draw my blood. They attempted and could not find a vein. I was sent away with nothing.

I feel like if I continue to see the healthcare providers here with the exception of Laura Logan that I will receive the worst of the worst. Will be switching.

Also, if you are on a payment plan you still have to pay before seeing the doctor so many sick patients get turned away due to the high cost of the payment plan. They require at least $75 a month plus the co pay. When asked to lower you may have luck but not by much as they claim their practice cannot survive that way. So they prefer turning people away instead.
