This place is very very horrible and don’t know how to talk to people professionally. They were supposed to prescribe medication and did not end up sending it to the pharmacy. They then proceeded to lie when I called them and say they already sent it which they hadn’t. Anytime I tried to call them to reach them they’d either have me on hold or hang up. When they decide to answer, they answer in a very unprofessional way and then still proceed to hang up while I’m mid sentence. The staff are horrible and don’t know how to deal with patients. If you don’t know how to act professional or treat people properly then don’t work in a place that requires a lot of that. The staff need to learn how to use some manners and how to talk to people. Would also be nice if you know how to do your job properly. I don’t recommend going to this place unless you want to be treated this poorly.

We waited about 1 1/2hrs. Because Monday morning is a busy time, is what We were told. We waited in the next room for at least 1/2 hr. I had X-rays, waited for report and then waited again for the final release papers. Total of 4 hrs. From 11 am to 3 pm. Everyone was pleasant and efficient but it took sooo long! I was there for a back injury which hurt if I sat too long so I had to keep moving around!

One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. The nurse/assistant Erica was incredibly kind, however the doctor would keep me from EVER coming back. I have been sick for 5 weeks. He asked me my symptoms and interrupted me as I was explaining. Wishing one minute told me it was just a virus and he doesn’t have a magic cure for viruses. Didn’t think you did, Doctor. Hoping for some tests so I know if I need antibiotics or not, considering it’s been over a month. Also took 2 hours to be seen WITH an appointment scheduled the day prior. Once all the viral tests came back negative he changed his tune.

I was seen responsively, had the necessary treatment, was prescribed medication to stabilize my problem, and was very pleased with the medical team's efforts. Professional job well done. As a walk-in, I waited just 30 minutes to be seen. The nurse practitioner I say was great! She diagnosed my problem quickly, recommended a treatment plan, and had me on my way. Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend BayCare Urgent Care!

The staff is arrogant and obnoxious, rude and seem to think they are better than everybody else in their office. You know the patient. They are not about reassuring you or taking the fear out of you. They are all about the dollar bill. I’ve smoked since I was 14 years old and I am now 60 years old. I went in for constant shortness of breath imagine that.Tightness in chest. The only thing done was They did an x-ray and swear it was completely clear. How’s that even possible? Funny because I’ve still had breathing issues for the next several weeks till I went to a legitimate doctors office. Who is able to correctly diagnose me immediately and my cray was no where near clear.and could not of been on the baycareI xray. I will never in my life step foot and anything they care again it’s all about the dollar and they lied completely to my face. My lungs were not found to be completely clear as they described. Even when attempt to get my x-rays and my history from this location was a disaster. Because of the staff with the little red hair that stands at the desk, she was rude, arrogant, and obnoxious. And doesn’t deserve the position she holds.
