Extremely frustrated with my experience here. They do not take your concerns seriously. I came here twice. The first time with a sore throat, which they tested for strep and it came out negative, though they decided to prescribe me a weak medication for strep anyways. It did not help at all, in fact got worse. I came a second time because I was in so much pain. They were going to prescribe me another strep medication even though it was a negative test. I was in tears for the amount of pain I was in and said they didn’t have anything they could give me.
Told me there was something at CVS I could get over the counter which was a lie, because it was prescription only so I went home in immense pain. I ended up in the ER the next morning with an abscess in my throat, the inability to swallow and unable to breathe when I layed down, because they refused to listen to me or take my complaints/pain seriously.
Very upsetting experience here.

Excellent urgent care center. Staff were very attentive and level of care was great. I would not hesitate to go there again... matter of fact I need a follow up appointment in the next week or so.

Excellent staff who treat patients with respect and compassion., from front desk reception area to medical team. Over the years I have been here myself and with family members needing care and we have always had a great experience!

The two stars are for the person at the reception's desk and the nurse because they did their job. The doctor was worthless. He told me I had an emergency but couldn't be bothered to find where I should go. There were no other patients. Somebody could have looked up where there was an emergency ophthalmologist at a hospital in Tampa before he sent me back in my car to drive throughout the streets of the state with impaired vision in under emergent conditions. I've moved out of Florida in the last 48 hours and one of the major reasons was the irresponsible and unprofessional medical care.

I went in with a fever . Got tested for Covid, flu and strep. All negative. I was feeling back pain with body aches and asked the doctor to please test my urine just in case. Doctor said “what does your lower back pain have to do with your symptoms” I said my lower back hurts so bad, he said fine will test you. They found blood in urine, did not prescribe anything for it, didn’t send culture out. Left with prescription for mucinex and 800 ibuprofen which my body cannot tolerate. 4 days later I end of at cvs pharmacy with a chronic infection. It was disappointing to not have the right care of the doctor.

This is the third time I’ve used urgent care and each time I tell myself don’t waste my time just go to the emergency room. I need to listen to myself more. Total waste of time.

I took my husband to this location for the first time this morning as soon as they opened. We came in because he was having cold symptoms and when he coughed it hurt his chest. Not a consistent chest pain, only when he coughs but we still mentioned it to the front desk worker when we first came in because they had a sign as soon as you walk in to mention if you have any kind of chest pain. When the actual “doctor” came in, she was rude from the start and being very condescending when we were asking questions and voicing concerns. Obviously we’re not doctors or nurses so we’re going to question things and need explanations. She listens to his breathing then automatically says “You need to go to the ER” nothing else until we both look and say why She just said because of the chest pain and they can’t do anything there to check except for an EKG but she didn’t mention that until after. We explained again the symptoms he was having and what would warrant a trip to the ER for this kind of thing and how expensive it would be and she flat out says “Well death is more expensive” How can you say that to a patient who is just trying to get an actual explanation as to why we need to go to the ER? That doctor was very unprofessional and did not care whatsoever for my husbands well being and just wanted us out of there. It wasn’t until we explained what happened with the nurse that she brought the doctor back in and she finally explained further what it could possibly be and what they would do. They should have said from the very beginning BEFORE we paid the co-pay there, that for any kind of chest pain to go to the ER. I have never experienced this before when going to an urgent care and will never be going back to this location. Even the ER doctor was confused and didn’t know why she did what she did. I believe it was doctor Palmieri but I’m not 100% sure. Please go to a different location or different urgent care in general.
