I have struggled to find a primary care physician that I've been happy with since I moved to the area several years ago so I am thrilled to say that I finally found that practice. My first appointment was about a year ago and since then I have switched my entire family over (including my children and elderly mother in law with whom has severe health issues) to Tara Dixon, Nurse Practitioner. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, personable and has taken the time to get to know each one of us and actually remembers who we are when we come to see her! I thought the days of having that "family" doctor were long gone but happy to say that is what you will get with Tara. I'm baffled at the review stating the customer service was poor, I have encountered nothing but extremely pleasant staff who do not make you feel as if you're inconveniencing them by making an appointment, checking you out when you leave or calling for requests like faxing a referral. Tara's medical assistant Stasha is awesome and you can tell she genuinely cares about Tara's patients and enjoys her job. Kudos to you guys, you have found lifers with this family so thank you!

I have been going to this office for 28 years and this was such a horrible experience. The receptionist is rude no other way to say it. The nurse Nicole is very unprofessional. She was loudly talking about me outside the room to another employee were I could clearly hear her. This is not the place I used to come No staff members have the right to loudly talk and complain about you to another staff member in the hall were you can clearly hear them as well as other patients and staff and think that's ok.

My PCP is very compassionate and intelligent. I would go see Hime if he was 100 miles away from me. Dr. David Hughes is awesome. Thanks Dr. for all you go through with me and my health problems. You're the Best. I seen you when you was practicing in Tarpon Springs, Fl.and now in Oldsmar Fl. 😀❣️

Piss poor customer service. Extremely rude. They don’t care about their patients. Zero empathy or basic human kindness. If you wanna be stressed out and be spoken to like a 2nd class citizen then by all means please make and appointment and go there to be seen.
