I really want to rate it as #10 STARS!!! #10 for bedside manners. #10 Barbara, #10 for Gorden and #10 Plus for Alexa Parker....This team is unbelieveable... My husband had been hospitalized 4 times for lung infections. Finally, we had a hospital consult from West Coast and things began to make sense. He was sent home with 30 days of IV medication. Everything went smoothly thanks to good communcations and my husband is finally on the path to good health again.

I see Deborah Triglia who is fantastic! She spends time getting to know her patients and listening to their needs/ concerns. I have put off establishing with a new PCP for a while due to past experiences, but Deborah proved all my fears/ concerns wrong! I highly recommend her!
Also had a Steph as the MA for my visit. She was extremely sweet and attentive. Highly recommend this practice, specifically seeing Deborah Triglia and having Steph as your MA!

Very disappointed..I am in New Mexico with my friend and in need of my medication. They put a stop on my Xanax because it was a controlled substance. I am a 65 year old woman. I do not have a drug problem, however my anxiety is through the roof trying to get my medication for this. I have tried other medications and the only one that works is the Xanax. I have been back and forth with both Walgreens and they are refilling old scripts! I am giving this a 1 star because it won't allow me 0!!!

Sadly, I'm not impressed with this office. I was referred by another medical professional, who is also a friend. It took three months to get the initial appointment, which they did not bother to tell me was a new patient records only. The doctor I was supposed to see was out on maternity leave. I've been told she is amazing. However, the rest of the staff has left me running as fast as I can. I haven't seen a doctor since before Covid and my BP was starting to go up. The NP basically ignored me even though I had a high reading in the office. 'It will be looked at during your next visit. This visit is for record establishment.' I had ALREADY waited three months! One month later, I arrive for my physical, and she performs a PAP, ordered blood work and rushed me out. No questions. No other physical exam. Eight weeks later, I am having horrid stomach pains, bad enough to come home from vacation..I called the office, and was told I would be high priority and would receive a call back that day.... 24+ hours later I had to call them. They tried to tell me they don't do acute appointments. I can go to the ER. What? Who can afford the ER Needles to say, I won't go back. I wouldn't recommend this office, ever. Sad. Dr. Jenkins may actually be amazing.

I finally have found my new Doctor! I saw Dr. Jennifer Jenkins, and I really liked her a lot. She was very through while discussing my medical history, and she also really listened to me. I went straight home and told my husband he needed to switch Docs immediately. Dr. Jenkins also followed up with me via email and then emailed me back with an answer to a question that I had sent. I consider myself blessed to have found her!

Every wonder what it would be like to have a medical team that had no care at all for you, well here you go you found it. Laughingwell and the other grifters here are completely worthless. You could be dying in front of them, they either wouldn't care or wouldn't know what to do. They show about at much compassion as I guess your money & coupon can buy. I am glad I left this group of grifters before I actually do die. From their lack of care to misdiagnosis of simple things it's sorta sick. But I can honestly say most the grifters, sorry doctors in this area are like this. So laughingwell and crew are not any better then a mechanic that sells you one part at a high cost only to find out you never needed it and something else far worse use failing. Maybe it's their genetics that make them such medical jokes, I mean they told me that. If could give negative stars I would, these are not medical professionals they are COMPLETE JOKES AND CRIMINALS.

I have to call in once a month for prescriptions. They simply do not answer the phone. The automated message estimates wait time as 5-10 minutes and then the wait is over a half hour. Once I actually get through to the nurse, they will only take a message, and then I have to call back day after day because the message is never returned or acted upon. My prescriptions have run out multiple times because of the poorly run office.

Worst we came as new pt been going to baycare for years in Tampa moved here got my 5 year old appt canceled 3 times trying to get in for kg records they didn't have correct ones came back after calling they said they will call me when done I said I need these I drove her n u guys told me u don't have the forms thank God school helped print even tho the doctors office fills out now I'm waiting outside told them I will want for front desk to tell me oh you will be waiting and foe her to tell other front desk girl that I think this is a priority that there with patients it's a physical form u where supposed to do right on my appt july 16th. All new staff didn't even know how to do blood presser or have forms.
