Absolutely horrible experience. Did not like this place from the get go. They had no updated hours or numbers on Google Maps and the staff is horribly rude and incompetent. I was forced to stay in a hospital with my NEWBORN for about a week while they tortured her with unnecessary tests for her not gaining weight only for them to tell me to feed her more as if I didn't already tell them that was what needed to be done. They just wanted my money. They knew I was uninsured at the time and saw dollar signs. I felt like a hostage, completely at their mercy and helpless because they had total control of my child. I couldn't do anything but WAIT to be released. Freed from that awful children's ward where my newborn cried daily due to her UNNECESSARY IV and the catheters they kept putting in her (and inserting wrong so that they had to do more just to torture my NEWBORN further!)

This caused emotional damage not only to me but my NEWBORN as well. We will be signing our medical release form (and I got an attitude from the front desk lady about that as well) and LEAVING. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

The Women's ward of their hospital was so lovely and comforting when I gave birth, I never expected the children's ward to be so cruel and indifferent.

The pediatricians in this medical group need to be reevaluated and observed before they just hospitalize an infant for no reason.

Extended care was a lifesaver! Our toddler was in great pain after 6 pm, and we were desperate for urgent pediatric care. Between Apple and Google Maps, we got conflicting information that they weren’t open, and we kept getting voicemails. We prayed this place was open Friday evening, and it was! They’ve got new hours!! From the front desk to the nurse to Dr. Nguyen, it was a 10/10 experience—professional, patient, personal, and kind. Highly recommend!

For primary Children doctors great place. The only issue is the front desk for both adults and kids. They never actually update your information and there is no communication with any type of updates on your appointments until you get there and waste your time. Took my wife 4 different appointments before our phones numbers were updated and still not updated on our personal accounts with them.

My daughter's original doctor, Dr. Badilio retired so we were given Dr. Marasco as his replacement. This was our first visit with her. I was not impressed at all. She tried to push an UNNECESSARY vaccine, and a flu shot on my daughter--even after I told her I do not want the flu shot or the HPV vaccine for her--she STILL tried to push it on us. Dr. Badilio never did that! I will be getting a new pediatrician in 2024. I have had it with doctors who think they know better for the child than the parent does. These 'doctors' are bought and PAID FOR BY the pharmaceutical industry! They are drug pushers in white lab coats! The only difference between them and the drug cartels is that they get a big bonus check from the pharmaceutical industry and the cartels get a prison sentence! ***The HPV vaccine has only been around since 2006, there are ZERO longterm studies on it! My kid only gets vaccines that have been around for at least one generation, 40 YEARS, so that I can look at the data and see that the vaccine is safe for her--even in the longterm!*** Doctors pushing a vaccine as new as the HPV vaccine should be ashamed of themselves! You can claim you don't get a yearly bonus from the pharmaceutical industry but your tax returns prove that you do! It is OBSCENE GREED and a disgrace to the profession! ***Medical doctors used to try their best to help people without using drugs. Now all they do is push drugs!*** NO THANK YOU! My daughter is not a guinea pig.

I called my pediatrician office at 3:30 pm and my Doctor couldn’t see my son therefore they gave me this address and told me they were open until 9 pm. I arrived at 5:05 pm and they were closed

Doctors are competent and the staff is nice. But the lobby is pretty warm and the wait time is always way longer than the estimate when you check in. Last visit was a 90 minute wait after being told 45 minutes. If you can wait till the week to see your normal pediatrician, do it.

When I pulled in to this after hours clinic, the woman working at the front desk saw I had an infant and invited us in right away because it was too hot to wait in the car. We are already baycare patients, but the registration and check in process was super easy. There was a bit of a wait but I didn’t mind at all because everyone was so nice and accommodating. Not that I want to have to go to urgent care, but if we do I’ll go here again most definitely!

I recently took my toddler here and had a really good experience. I'm not sure of the nurse's name but she was really warm and kind and we saw Dr. Ranganathan for the first time.

We came late in the day at the end of the weekend so I was a little worried we might just be prescribed an antibiotic and hurried out the door but Dr. Ranganathan sat down (I love when doctors do that- it makes the experience feel much more conversational and not so hurried) and thoroughly went over our toddler's symptoms and plan of treatment with us. She was up to date on current AAP guidelines when it came to treating a virus and was really gentle and comforting towards our cranky toddler.

The office was empty when we visited so we were seen really quickly. I took off a star because I've been here a few times and some of the doctors have a more "old school" approach where they talk *at* you and hurry you along so I haven't always had such a positive experience.
