My granddaughter was there from oct till this March right from day one where she was admitted never said I could call her so waited .then when I went visit her .she would just look at the wall in the small room.with the therapist. I got ony to see her out for a 2 hour visit the whole time she was there.i finally was so frustrated not being to go on a outings .finally talked to a target case manager not affiliated with this facility she said I could call her and speak to her alone which I did last month said to
him please leave which I was there for 1 1/2 hours she started to cry kept saying don't leave .beside all of this they pushing me to sind my name to these papers but then the group home was over 2000 dollars a month as a senior i would of lost my home if Medicare hadn't expired they still would have kept her there cl aiming i had not had enough out side visits .the nurses where kind the teacher there did help her grades up I had to insist the pycstyrist to call me so I could speak to her one and one .once a month they called it a staff meeting you could ask questions but only for a half hour then it would be cut short if got to speak to her as much I wanted her just say good night I feel we could have healed better .first day out she wanted to go to her high school starts tomorrow she is at the beach today I would never recommend this facility.....
