We had a emergency situation today and we contacted Bay Medic and they provided the absolute best service. Amber and Ceasar provided 5 star service! This duo provided the best service. They were so caring and showed so much empathy. My son was in extreme pain every time he would move before they came but with these two he never winced, complained or frowned one time during his transport. When my grandfather fell and injured himself, Nurse advice at Kaiser advised us to call Bay Medic as they are a contracted Kaiser provider. The dispatcher Carol was extremely helpful, compassionate, and patient and walked me through the whole process as I had never done this before. The EMT's were just as compassionate and polite as the dispatcher, and my overall experience was nothing short of outstanding. The team of Ana and Lindsay gave me the best ambulance experience ever I was very nervous and scared due to my recent surgery to take an ambulance ride both Ana and Lindsay made me feel at home and it was the best ride ever they calmed me down and had me laughing and not even thinking about the pain. They should be commened as wonderful employees of Bay Medic and I hope they can get some recognition from their management that they are a wonderful team and I wish all of your employees would be as wonderful as the team of Ana and Lindsey!!!! Bay Medic Ambulance transported my grandmother from her Skilled Nursing Facility to doctor's appointment shortly after the new year. I booked the appointment the night before as it was a last minute thing, and the dispatcher Felipe was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. He answered all my questions, and assured me they would take extra care of my grandmother. The EMT's Anthony and Jesse cared like my grandmother as if she were their own!!! Highly recommend Bay Medic for any transportation services. Thank you Bay Medic for your wonderful staff and services!!

My disabled father relies on this ambulance company to get to his appointments. What I like about them is that when they are late due to whatever circumstances they always call my father’s doctors to make sure that he is seen. The employees are always friendly and professional. I hired Bay Medic to transport my mother from Windsor Manor to Kaiser to obtain a doctor ordered back/hip MRI/xray as a preliminary need for possible surgery. The MRI appointment was scheduled but xray was a drop in afterwards. I was informed by the spine clinic doctor that the MRI had been done but not the xray. When I investigated, Windsor Manor told me the paperwork provided to Bay Medic specified both tests needed to be done. Talking to Bay Medic I was told it's not their responsibility to follow-up to assure completion. "We just pick them up, drop them off, and then go back when we are called."
My belief is I hired TRAINED MEDICAL TRANSPORT PROFESSIONALS and not Yellow Cab or Instacart drivers. If I had just wanted a delivery man, I could have hired someone for MUCH CHEAPER than what Bay Medic charges. To me, when you are hired to transport a patient for doctor ordered testing, you should (at the very least) assure everything has been completed before you go to pick the person up. Otherwise you could get there and then be told "whoops, we have to send her for the xray now" and you've wasted 30-60 minutes of your transporter's time. From now on if I need medical transport, I will call PROFESSIONALS (such as Affordable or Protransport) and not this company.

I have used this company for years now. They always get me where I need to go. They are mostly on time, and when they’re late they make arrangements so I get seen. Nice people.
