I used this location to receive my CPAP machine but their “corporate office” keeps calling to “offer a discount” on the copay. Mind you I haven’t received a bill in the mail or a statement from my insurance, and this company wants my credit card information over the phone. I told them it seems sketchy and unprofessional that they quote different copays depending on who calls and was told “yeah whatever”. Take your business elsewhere and don’t let this company charge your insurance. There are other medical supply companies in the area.

Knee replacement done, was sent to get handicap toilet and walker. They were advised I was 285 lbs and 6’4”. The pictures below is the equipment they charged our insurance for. The seat is so small I can not get in it and it cracks when I try, the walker is so narrow it is hard to use. Very cheaply mad items. Go somewhere else for your needs. In fact thrift stores have better quality!

This company went above and beyond to find and deliver a pediatric wheelchair when the name brand supplier sat on a prescription (SAAD). We delivered the script to Bay Home and had a brand new wheelchair on the SAME day. SAAD had nothing after 5 days. My little one is over the moon with being able to get around on his own. I can't say enough good things about this company and their ability to deliver when we were at our wits end. Matthew and Michael were key in helping us navigate the mess of acquiring medical equipment.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They called multiple times a day wanting to know when my dad's discharge was going to be after we told them we will let them know just as soon as we were told. They still could've delivered the equipment anyway so the day of discharge we had to wait on them. Then the horrible attitude wasn't enough, they also told lies one right after another. The hospital bed was way outdated. If I could give them a negative star I would! I hope in the future they learn to treat their customers better, being that they are working with elderly family members. It's not right how they treated my family so I had to step in.

When I was discharged from the hospital after having COVID they did not deliver my O2 machine. I ran out of O2 during the night. I called and it took them 3 hrs to deliver it. Then the man would not being it in. I could barely walk or breath and I had to walk across the house to get it.
They don't answer the phone. I've been hung up on several times.
Finally when my daughter broke her foot I was given crutches that were 6in too short. Now they want to bill me and when I call to discuss it they don't answer.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY OPINION. ESPECIALLY DEALING WITH SICK PEOPLE!

Very rude and disrespectful lady working at this facility. I asked how much the equipment cost incase my deductible wasn't met and her response was "I don't know" and basically told me she didn't have time to look it up. I wouldn't spend my money at this organization at all. Avoid them at all COST!! Without customers you don't have a job, so maybe understand that the next time your put out by a paying customers questions.

My mother, Nancy Vining, has used the Phillips Trilogy 100 EVAP Machine for approx 18 months with great success in adjusting to night time use and improving her over-all ability to breath more deeply and avoid such issues as hospitalization for Pneumonia or Emergency Room visits for exacerbations. This is largely due to the tips and advice of Aaron who not only services the machine and the satellite modem but enabled her to make a long anticipated visit to family while continuing to maintain good health and use of the Trilogy 100 in comfort. Aaron has guided mom in using the inhalation aerosols and misting inhalers to reap greater benefit from the Trilogy 100. Aaron’s help in maintaining compliance is largely due to his expertise in operating the Trilogy. I have seen improvement since she began using the machine.

I received a call from them when I was in the hospital after the birth of my daughter offering me a breast pump, which they told me would be covered by insurance besides a $30 copay. I asked if my deductible had been met, or if there would be any other fees, and they said no. Two months later, I get a bill for $120. I called and they said it was for my deductible. Fine, fair enough, but why was this not disclosed when I asked this question before purchasing the product? I used to work for a DME company, so I know that they would have seen that I had a deductible when they verified my insurance. I would not have purchased this product for $150, because I have barely used it. They also would not allow me to return it. Again, fair enough, but all of this should have been disclosed up front.
