I’m dissatisfied with this business. The manager, Richard, told Erica to charge me after I canceled the contract. The manager charged me an extra month, then when I complained they agreed to refund the extra month. I paid over $600.00 in rental for a $150.00 walker, a big rip off and then tried to rip off one more month. Beware.

About a year or two ago I had a bad experience with this store. And did so again. Just as last time, they are an unprofessional staff, I don’t understand why people who are impatient and unkind choose to work in a store for people with disabilities. Last time there was a young Latina woman who spoke Spanish behind our back but didn’t know I understood her. She shouldn’t assume the people around her don’t speak Spanish just by looks. It’s unfortunate but I hope they learn to empathize and educate themselves to have an understanding of people with disabilities. Do better for the community please.

Weren’t very nice about a return, and assumed my client who has a disability and I were lying but we had texts and pictures to prove otherwise. Received attitude from the young lady when explaining and the manager Rick tried to give us only half of what we paid for. Ultimately they seemed to just want to get us out of the store and gave us our money back but no apology for the inconvenience. Rick could not come out himself to say anything when we waited 30 minutes just to talk to him. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back as I’m sure that’s what they’d like. Very unfortunate that they’re here for people with disabilities and yet treat them unkindly.

I rented a scooter for my son who broke his leg. Bay City had the best price on the rental and even though I returned it a little late and they could have legitimately charged me, more they didn't. The service was excellent too.

Went in on Saturday morning, June 1. The salesperson was unbelievable. She went above and beyond helping me with my purchase. Due to the nature of the store, i hope it is not one that I will need to patronize often but if and when I do, this is where I will shop.

I rented a mobile scooter. I had to pickup the scooter, but it was worth it as the scooter was reliable and worked great. Staff was kind and helpful, and the price was right.

I made an appointment for my 82 year old mother we showed up on time for a sock fitting and the women who took the message dldent really the message to the teck for the fitting we went all the way there for nothing malisa is not doing her job it was a big deal getting my mother with walker oxygen weelchair
