Review for the office/practice: The office staff was great. I was seen quickly for my appointments without a lot of wait time (except maybe once); scheduling was not a problem, and they are very responsive via their online portal. They also have an on-call dr. phone service, so you can ask questions about your pregnancy at any time, as emergencies might come up. The office was also super helpful when I was navigating the disability leave documentation. Finally, this is not a "Rotational" office: Your OB will be the one delivering your baby, rather than "whoever is on call". For all of these reasons, I had a phenomenal experience, and this office definitely deserves the high ratings.

Fun note - we started a tradition of stopping by the 85 Degrees Bakery after our appointments - it has a lot of cute Asian Pastries 🙂

My first visit with Dr. Zeng was so much better than I could have expected or hoped for. I have difficulty being in medical settings of any kind, and both Dr. Zeng and the entire staff were alert to and incredibly compassionate about that fact, and went out of their way to put me at ease. Dr. Zeng followed up with test results by phone well after office hours just to ensure that I had a chance to chat with her directly. I am definitely going to continue seeing her and I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I was able to schedule an.appt online rather quickly, great feature and easy for patients to be seen. I been over due for annual pap/pelvic exam since 2021. I was able to see Dr Zeng very compassionate, knowledgeable, and on point explaining step by step on my exam. She's very caring and well spoken and answer all of my questions and concerns on my exam. I would definitely recommend Dr Zeng. The front Staff and check out desk were very welcoming and helpful my visit went smoothly .

Really great care from Dr. Cabrera and her team! I just moved to the area and also had questions in pregnancy planning. She listened and spent time with me. She educated me on all my questions and made me feel excited and no anxiety about planning! The office was quick and efficient. Their patient portal is intuitive. 10/10 all around.

Worst experience ever! Dr. Rittenhouse refused to see me due to me being 17 weeks along during my pregnancy. His assistant is even worse. It took almost 3 days after I had already made an appt to not get a definite answer or a call back which does not help in my case until I pursued calling. His assistant made up excuses that my phone number on file was wrong, even though I had updated all my information.
I had insurance complications which is why it’s taken so long to be seen and now that the issue is resolved and they are choosing not to help me in this situation. I would not recommend his services or this office to anyone who may be going through the same. Very insensitive and just rude considering this is their field of work.
