Free intake appointments are awesome, but makes this place unreliable when looking for new providers. Considering that mine was a month and a half out and it still got cancelled, I would look at other places as well to see if there is better availability elsewhere.

EDIT: To their credit, they called to try and make it up to me. But their next available appointment was the following week, not a month out. Why book out a month in advance, then suddenly CANCEL, then try to remediate it by reaching out, if you can't follow through? Their offer was for a free informational check in, not for actual care, they would just give me more information on other places to go. If you can't help then just tell people you can't help.

BACA is such an amazing place! Everyone there is so helpful and professional. I have had great interactions with all the staff, especially Missy Moppins, LCSW, who was very patient and caring. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
