Top marks for customer service! Our mother had issues setting up the base unit and the tech support worked with us to troubleshoot the issue from 1,000 miles away. It was a simple error that we easily remedied, but Ben stayed on the line with us to finish all testing & to be sure all questions & concerns were addressed, and Mom had a comfort level with her new device. Top notch help patience and professionalism. If this is any indication of the emergency response we can expect if needed, Mom is in great hands!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the equipment. I have had very nice people I’ve talked to on multiple occasions, but the equipment fails. Specifically the actual alarm that is supposed to detect falls. It didn’t work early on when I started the service in December and I got on the phone and someone reset it and said it should work fine and we tested it. Dropped the alarm on The floor and it worked. Fast-forward to this week and I accidentally dropped the alarm on the floor, nothing. I drop it from shoulder height, nothing. It absolutely terrifies me that I have been counting on this piece of equipment from Bay Alarm in case of a fall. I am due for hip replacement, I have low vision due to glaucoma and lumbar spinal stenosis. I am a high risk factor for falling. To think that the last three months I have been using a fall detection alarm that would not have detected a fall. I call Bay Alarm today and was told they’d be happy to send me a new alarm if I paid for it, and paid for a warranty. I explained as calmly as possible that they were to send me a free alarm to replace their faulty alarm and pay for the warranty, and honestly should refund the last three months of payments. I was a brand new customer falsely thinking I had some sense of security with the Fall alarm on me, 24/7. Thank God, I did not have a fall or I would still be on the ground waiting for help from Bay Alarm at a cost of $50 a month. My only choice from the representative at Bay Alarm was to buy a new one and a warranty, or cancel. I receive the email to cancel and have done so immediately. This company‘s sole purpose is to give their customers a sense of safety with their equipment. This equipment has failed me at least twice, and I was told to buy more equipment. I cannot recommend the company, though all the representatives I’ve spoken to have been very kind, their policies need to change ASAP. And I should have read more of the reviews because I see that many people have problems with their fall detection alarms! I’m just extremely dissatisfied with the company and their response to my needs And what they are paid to provide

Needed an alert choice for mom! Bay was a good price point especially for monthly subscription fees. They do have some free equipment with your choice and they did help me with some of the warranty fees , so that was very nice on their part! They are pretty intensive in contacting you and they gave me options on call back times !
I needed to contact support with an issue of emergency contact priority and support was great, they actually put the info in which I can now edit just took a few minutes . I love support when it works. Easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

We purchased the Bay Alert Medical SOS Micro for my husband. Ivy, our salesperson answered our questions and was patient with us as it took several months for us to make a decision. Ivy gave good instruction as to what to do when we got the Micro plus it came with written simple instructions. Today we called Ivy because the Micro was only charging to 95%. Ivy connected us with Tech support and the nice lady there walked us through resetting the Micro which should fix the charging issue. The Micro works good & the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. My mother had a different company's medical alert button and we sent it back after 2 months because it did not work well and the company was totally disorganized. We would recommend Bay Medical and are going to talk to my mother about getting one.

Have used Bay Medical for my mother for many years. She had to use the service several times and never had an equipment failure, with help coming immediately. We were promptly notified when batteries were running low. When calling Bay Medical, customer support excellent. Unfortunately, mom passed and we had to cancel the service. They made cancellation easy and painless. Will use again in the future.

Excellent customer service! Reliable medical alert system at a reasonable price. Works great through cellular network, so Internet connection is not required. Bay Alarm Medical alert is perfect for my elderly father, who has been using it for years. Plus, their app and web site makes it easy for me to manage his account.

Bay Medical Alarm is very good to work with. I had some questions after I received my unit and they were very pleasant and helpful in getting it properly set up. Their price was reasonable as well. They were very quick to answer my call. Hope I don’t ever have to call them but I feel confident they will rise to the occasion!
